Another fun fact, World bank and others will not provide loans to build dams before Afghanistan have water treaty with neighbours aka Pakistan/Iran.

"The World Bank has always conditioned its support on the necessary (but not sufficient) step of ‘prior notification’ and agreement with neighbours, which the Afghanistan government has refused."

In January 2013, an internal World Bank funded study found that the six main projects planned in the Kabul basin would only reduce water flow into Pakistan by 3%. The other six projects would have virtually no impact and are not even considered as transboundary. Furthermore, dams in Afghanistan could provide power desperately needed in Pakistan.

This will not effect Pakistan at all, kid do some research before posting crap.

Anyway soon there will be water treaty between Pakistan-Afghanistan, World Bank will be gurantor just like in water treaty of Pakistan-Bharat. This will happen if Afghanistan build dams, which is not likely any time soon.

Pakistan will get 80% of water and Afghanistan 20%, just like Bharat. Basically this is non-issue as far as Pakistan is concerned.
ahahahah your wishes, in worst case scenario all dams can be build in 20 years. now imagine water in your river after 20 years due to global warming and water crisis.
idiot it does not mean you will not receive any water, it will simply give Afghanistan a big leverage over you. Afghanistan will be able to control the water flow. make you flood and make you thirsty any time we want.
it will simply Put the KP people at right track, that where do they actually belong.

Water coming from Afghanistan is not even that much to begin with. Anyway lets see how you guys can stop water... answer me couple of simple questions.

How much water comes to Pakistan from Afghan side every year? What is capacity of dams being build by Afghanistan to store water? I don't know what problems Iran have and neither I care. Just interested in how Afghanistan can stop something as powerfull as floowing water permanently to starve Pakistan.

Another fun fact kid just in case just out of extreme hatred afghanis try to do something...

"Pakistan gets about 17 per cent of water supply from Kabul River when Indus flows decline in winter. Pakistan and Afghanistan share nine rivers with annual flows of about 18.3 MAF. Out of this, Kabul River has water flows of 16.5 MAF, to which Chitral River, originating in Pakistan, contributes about 8.5 MAF. After entering Afghanistan, Chitral River becomes Kunar River, joins Kabul River near Jalalabad and then re-enters Pakistan."

So half of Kabul river water goes through Pakistan

"Islamabad has been worried over New Delhi’s increased help to Kabul for development of a number of storages on Kabul River without addressing Pakistan’s concerns. Pakistan had previously hinted at diverting Chitral River before its entry into Afghanistan in the event of attempts made to deprive it of its due share.
          "

Any river which flow to Pakistan is basically Pakistani river according to international laws. Afghanistan/India cannot under any circumstance divert water from Pakistani rivers. Just like India is allowed to use 20% of water, Afghanistan to will use 20% from it and rest will come to meet their mother Indus.

answer: it's because Afghanistan don't recognize durand line
Yes, because the CIA cares so much about jurisdiction of its covert black ops in their central/south Asian theater that they referenced an old document between British India and the Emirate of Afghanistan from the 19th century just to make sure they had the legal right to do what they were doing. Run on sentence ahoy.

That was sarcasm, if you didn't catch that.

When they set up their military bases inside Pakistan did they also tell Pakistan that the reason they did so was because per the Durand line agreement their bases were technically in Afghanistan? That Pakistan had no say in the matter because of this legal document between British India and the Emirate of Afghanistan (which for some reason no one can actually produce today)?

What world do you live in?
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

did you know that there are 37 river flowing from Afghanistan to pakistan. the Whole Khyber pukhtoonkhwa and half of Balochistan depend on Afghanistan water for 90 percent agriculture and power. last time pakistan was crying fool when Afghanistan was building dam on kunar river. Afghanistan have no water treaty with pakistan and is reluctant to do so.
today Afghanistan have one of the world lowest water storage capacity and with the help of india Afghanistan is going to build major dams on river flowing to pakistan. we will be in a position to convert the whole KP to barren land a desert. water is a powerful weapon it can change the whole life cycle in Khyber pukhtoonkhwa
Do you have statistics regarding the water issue? I would be interested to see them.

yes and No but they need legal cover, they need a legal cover when they were attacking Afghanistan and Iraq.
it's not about an old document, it's about Afghanistan official stance regarding durand line. Afghanistan don't accept it.
ever surprised why drone never happened in karachi the womb of Al Qaeda, Afghan taliban and foreign terrorist.?

Pakistan was an ally and allowed America. there was an agreement and a legal way. but drones are illegitimate according to pakistan official stance.
The Peshawar High Court has ruled that the attacks are illegal, inhumane, violate the UN charter on human rights and constitute a war crime.[20] The Obama administration disagrees, contending that the attacks do not violate international law and that the method of attack is precise and effective

No, because Karachi is a large and dense city and its the same reason they don't drop bombs in Kabul.

What Afghanistan accepts or doesn't means nothing to anyone outside of Afghanistan, let alone the American military who does what they want where they want.

We know the Talib leadership is based in Quetta and Karachi, why haven't US special forces dropped down and killed the Talibs in Quetta?

America stance against Afghan Taliban is ambiguous . they only target those who poses a direct threat to US, like Al-Qaeda, haqqani and TTP.
