  • Example of What Creates Taliban

I was waiting to post this until we got more info... because the secular militants would be keen on denouncing the funeral goers as "Taliban,"... but as you can see below, their hero, Prophet, Lord, has spoken to the contrary. They will counter with such random retardedness such as "The insurgencies cause more death and destruction, etc etc etc" alongside other typical canards not getting the fact that the insurgency exists due primarily to Kharij actions like this in the first place. It has been proven time and time again that when these events occur, most data shows that locals heap more blame on ISAF/NATO etc than the insurgency.

Afghanistan: US drone strike on funeral kills 34

    – The Afghan government says all victims were Taliban insurgents

KABUL, Afghanistan – At least 34 Taliban insurgents have been killed in Afghanistan’s southeastern Khost province in a U.S. drone attacked a funeral ceremony held for a slain Taliban commander Friday, Afghan authorities said.

According to Afghan officials, the incident happened at 1.30 p.m. (0900GMT) Friday in the Alishir district in Khost province near the border with Pakistan.

“The incident has taken place few kilometers from the border line with Pakistan. The majority of the insurgents killed in the airstrike had crossed the border to attend the funeral ceremony,” a border police officer who declined to be named told Anadolu Agency. “All the bodies were collected by security forces and all of them were Taliban militants. There are no civilian casualties.”

He said the ceremony was held for a Taliban commander who was killed by Afghan security forces the previous day.

The Taliban group’s self-proclaimed spokesman, Zabihullah Mujahid confirmed the incident but said all the victims were civilians who had attended the funeral.

“At least 20 civilians were killed when Americans conducted an air raid on a funeral ceremony held by nomads,” Mujahid said.

Haidar Naeemzoi, representative of nomads in the lower house of the national assembly, confirms the drone attack, and insists that all the victims were civilians.

“A U.S. drone attacked people who were returning from the cemetery. The plane targeted two vehicles killing at least 15 people on the spot,” Naeemzoi said.

Civilian casualties have been a frictional issue in relation between the Afghan government and U.S.-led coalition forces based in Afghanistan after the Taliban regime was toppled in 2001.

Mohammad Yaqub Mandozai, provincial police security director, told Anadolu Agency that the U.S. air raid took place when Taliban were running away after fighting between frontier police forces and the insurgents who had crossed the border.

“I can confirm 34 militants were killed in the incident,” Mandozai said.
In a recent U.S. drone strike against Taliban militants, at least seven insurgents were killed Thursday in the eastern province of Nangarhar.
U.S.-led coalition forces have increased drone strikes against insurgents as Taliban militants have intensified their attacks as part of their spring offensive, which kicked off in April.

In 2015, Afghanistan has seen unprecedented violence from Taliban insurgents. The Afghan Ministry of Defense terms it as Taliban’s attempt to gain greater leverage in peace talks with the Afghan government expected to resume this summer.

As we can see above, there are contradictions from various players on the ground and Ghani and his puppeteers decided to blame the victim.

Then their Prophet, Hamida Bibi spaketh:

The former Afghan President Hamid Karzai has strongly condemned a deadly US drone strike in southeastern Khost province of Afghanistan.

Karzai quoted in a statement released from his office, said almost 30 civilians have been killed in the airstrike and some others were injured.

He urged the coalition forces to refrain from all sorts of military operations where the ordinary civilians are targeted.

The remarks by comes as local officials said Friday that over 30 Taliban militants were killed in the airstrike which was carried out in Ali Sher district.

A local security official speaking on the condition of anonymity said the airstrike was carried out close to Durand Line where a funeral ceremony was organized for the Taliban group members.

The official further added majority of those killed in the air raid had crossed the line from Pakistan to participate in the funeral ceremony of four Taliban insurgents who were killed by Afghan forces on Thursday.

According to the official, a Taliban leader was also among those killed during the gun battle with the Afghan forces.

And oldie but a goodie, reference for above claim:

      http://www.politicsdaily.com/2010/10...s-report-says/

Most civilian casualties are caused by Taliban insurgents, according to carefully detailed United Nations reports. Civilian casualties jumped 31 percent in the first six months of 2010 because of increased Taliban attacks, the U.N. reported in August. Insurgent roadside bombs and suicide attacks killed 557 Afghan civilians in that period, while U.S. and allied airstrikes killed 223 civilians -- a 64 percent decline from the previous year, the U.N. said.

But many of the Afghans interviewed for the Open Society report accused U.S. and allied forces of being responsible anyway. "Many were even suspicious that international forces were directly or indirectly supporting insurgents. These suspicions, in turn, have fed into broader shifts toward framing international forces as occupiers, rather than as a benefit to Afghanistan. Today, each incident of abuse, whether caused by international forces or insurgents, reinforces these negative perceptions and further undermines any remaining Afghan trust,'' the report said.

The Taliban didn't need foreign invaders to justify their killing of civilians in the period 1996-2001.

Who will differentiate that who are Taliban and who are civilians?

For Taliban they were civilians and for the anti-terrorist forces they were Taliban. Taliban and the so called invaders make a vicious circle. Invaders exist because there are Taliban and Taliban exist because tehre are invaders. Now the solution is that Taliban in the larger interest of the Afghan people may renounce their activities and once their fear is away, invaders will elave completely as they left Iraq.

Afghan government and parliament because of the sheer fear of Taliban have to tolerate these so called invaders.

What is "so called" about these invaders?

The invaders left Iraq for a short while because Iraq could afford a large military which would be an extension of US interests. Afghanistan can not afford this and like the Iraqi armed forces, they cannot defeat the anti government forces in their country. Or that was the plan at least.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

Of course not, though your boy Mossoud and your other boys the Hizbe Wahdat as well as the militias tearing up pretty much every local, making it hard to go from one section of a village to the next, preceded by Najib, the Killing Machine, and a half million man bunch of Russkies surely had nothing to do with creating that environment did they (sarcasm)?

I don't know, ask Padshah Bibi, Hamida Karzai, seems as if (s)he decided they were civilians per the statement to Khamaa. I am merely quoting the source.

Always blaming others, just like how Taliban blames foreigners when an Afghan family travelling in a minivan drivers over an IED.

Nah Hazaragi, just making sure you periofascists get the proper pushback for your nonsense- and besides, as Pape and others definitively show, such asymmetric tactics, including that IED, would never have been there if your handlers weren't- and the family would be driving along just fine.

Always blaming the occupied victims, just like a classic sell out.

So they have a license to kill, which makes the Taliban not any better than the foreigners. And they are very good at it, being responsible for more than three quarters of war casualties.

Mullah Omar's refusal to extradite Osama Bin Laden and Al Qaeda directly led to the invasion. This strategic blunder is the root cause of the war, all credit goes to the Taliban. I don't blame the civilians because they had no say in the matter. The Taliban unnecessary brought a huge amount of suffering on Afghanistan.

which makes the Taliban not any better than the foreigners.

The invaded generally have the moral ground in most matters - the Vietcong did the same things and Martin Luther King spoke to this issue noting that the Vietcong and their actions werea downstream effect of the American invasion.

And they are very good at it, being responsible for more than three quarters of war casualties.

Lower resolution weaponry will tend do that - refer to the above.

Historical inaccuracy, your Shamali boys gave him the initial refuge. Additionally, while his actions were deplorable, he was the direct result of decades of intervention including the Russo Afghan War (instigated by the US), the rise of the Iraqi police state, and the subsequent base making on the Saudi peninsula which, even per April glaspie, the US ambassador to Iraq, were Arab Arab conflicts which the US had pledged not to intercede into. Had this pledge by Ambassador Glaspie been lived up to we might not have the current mess spanning multiple continents that we have today.

This strategic blunder is the root cause of the war, all credit goes to the Taliban.

Nah, your boys did all the inviting... and the aforementioned history set the stage.

Yes, because my loyalties are to the old red, white, and blue where I yearn for the days of Ronald Reagan and am offended when I see a negro within eyesight.
