On other hand the lack of state is also fuel violence, since state has a monopoly over the means of violence…different groups of society engaged in bloody clash for power and influence-- violence seems to be a political strategy among many others to negotiate power. The good news is even after lack of state for past 40 years, ever single group are engaged in gaining influence within framework of Afghanistan state…there is no Pashtonistan movement, Sindi Dish or Baluchistan liberation front. This proves Afghan states were formed through evolutionary process, unlike Pakistan which was form as reward for servitude to British. As one of my political science teacher used to say, Afghanistan is a nation without state while Pakistan is a state(thanks to British I should add) without a nation.
