Pakistani soldiers are known cowards who fear close combats and ground operations without air support and tanks against guerrella insurgents. So i wont be surprised if pak army end up using tactical nukes against taliban. Pakistan wont dare to use nukes against india, as india also has nukes. Smarty lol at your post. Yes now Pakistan should go back to stone age so fight can be fair. Wars are never fair, we don't expect India to spend similar amount of $ on budget as we do. They spend 5 times more and their airforce is generation ahead of anything we have. We don't cry and instead work to counter anything they have, and nukes are best option to do that.

Actually in terms of population, Pakistan have 5 times more population then afghanistan. While India have 7 times more population then Pakistan.

Pakistani army is no like afghanis ANA who will drop weapons at first sight of danger and run away to hide.

I don't think you have the ability to achieve that. The more likely scenario is that Baluchis, Sindhis, Gilgit Baltistanis, Pashtuns, and others supported by foreign powers will work to dismantle the monster these powers created in the first place. Pakistan Army especially its Punjabi component has no fighting spirit and is deeply involved in corruption, politics, and other immoral acts. It forces media to glorify it as a kind of ultra valiant force whereas the fact is so far it has not shown any display of heroism or bravery. Of all the wars it has fought, it has won none and has lost all.

It is a true colonial construction created by the British Raj to fight its imperial wars in a cost-effective way in terms of human life.

Toramana, here are my opinions.


1. These nuclear bombs are indeed Punjabi bombs and not "Pakistani" ones.

Pakistani nationalists online regularly speak about using nukes on Waziristan.

a: Before having nukes, in 1971 they carried out what was the "nuke" option at that time in east Pakistan i.e. complete and utter destruction of the country, genocide and mass rape.

b: They have made 3 million Pashtuns refugees in the past few years in Pakistan and 1 million of these 3 million have become refugees in the past year and many of their villages and homes have been destroyed.

The only difference between that and a nuclear attack is there is no radioactive fall out but in terms of utter destruction it is the same.


c: They slaughtered tens of thousands of Urdu-speakers in Karachi in 1996, possibly tens of thousands.


d: They have also carried out major atrocities in Balochistan.


So they have carried out war crimes and murder in 4 of the 5 (current and former) provinces of Pakistan:

- East Pakistan
- Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (former NWFP)
- Sindh (Karachi)
- Balochistan


The only province in which they have never made a major operation is of course - surprise, surprise - the Punjab.

As we both know, "Pakistan" is Punjab i.e. a Punjabi empire with non-Punjabis as second class citizens or colonial subjects, camouflaged with the use of superficial nationalism and evocation of religious sentiment.





2. The Pakistani state and military are supported by America.

America is the main reason for the suffering of the Muslims of Sindh, Balochistan and Pakhtunkhwa today.

American writer (most probably US spy i.e. undercover "intelligence officer" also academic), Christine Fair is essentially a fake and in essence a liar.

- The Pakistani state and army cannot survive without American handouts. If the Americans were to stop funding and supporting Pakistan, it would collapse.

America controls Pakistan and it has no interest in seeing this very useful proxy disappear.

America and others in the Anglo-Saxon world also harbour a deep historical hatred of Pashtuns due to their humiliation at the hands of Pashtuns including Kabul 1841.

So seeing thousands of Pashtuns being killed now and millions made homeless pleases them.






3. Without US support, Pakistan would quickly fold. You know Punjabis well and know that despite all their bravado when strong they are a people with little real honour and moral depth. They will quickly fold when faced with strong pressure.

About two years ago the then Pakistani PM, Gilani, spoke of having a referendum on possible independence for Balochistan.

The very fact that he even mentioned that showed how successful the Baloch insurgency was.

The Baloch insurgency seems to have died down dramatically (who knows), but if it were to inconvenience Punjabis heavily they would do another "Gilani" and possibly accept a referendum on independence to get rid of Balochistan if it becomes more of a headache than an asset.


If Balochistan becomes independent the Pakistan project is finally over.

Baloch independence = Sindhis next day copying the Baloch with an armed struggle = Punjab unable to cope with 40 million Sindhis wanting independence.


Sindhi independence = Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as the only remaining states in the federation, and in such a scenario Pashtuns would separate from a rump Pakistan.

If Sindh goes, Pakistan ends.

However if Balochistan goes, Pakistan wouldn't end, as Pakistan would still have 90% of its population and its coastline.

However if Balochistan goes, then Sindh is almost certain to separate after having seen both east Pakistan and Balochistan do the same.





Will Pakistan break up?

- An objective and logical analysis would suggest that Pakistan has overcome the worst of their almost decade-long period of turbulence.

* Baloch insurgency very quiet.


However there is a deep feeling within me that this state will never be truly stable and successful, that it is cursed.

Though it may still exist as one entity it will, as like now, never be truly peaceful.

The Islamic scholars and saints (awliya) warned of the abomination that is Pakistan and it is this past decade more than any other which seems to be vindicating the truth of their statements.




This is my 2 cents, but as someone older, wiser and from there, the "federation of Pakistan", you will be more aware of the realities there than I would.
