Recognition of Afghan National Security Forces by Afghanistan’s Unity Government

[Hashmat]

Afghan President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Abdullah Abdullah’s ongoing outreach to the Security Forces, including trips to hospitals to visit the wounded have been praised not only by Afghans but also by the international community. President Ghani has complimented on the capability of Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) several times, and furthermore, appreciated their sacrifices for maintaining the security for the past 13 years. He has also announced a comprehensive support to the Afghan National Security Forces. According to some military analysts; this outreach will positively impact the moral, performance and mission of the ANSF.
What are some other ways that the unity government can pursue to boost the morale and performance of ANSF?
