Nawruz (New Year) falls on the first day of spring and has been celebrated for more than 3,000.00 years in Afghanistan.
Nawruz brings family and friends together to celebrate the beginning of a New Year. Among the many rich traditions of celebrating Nawruz, the themes of rebirth and the pursuit of happiness and aspirations are constant.
The Digital Engagement Team at U.S., CENTCOM would like to wish a very happy Nawruz to all Afghans, and we sincerely wish that Nawruz will bring you blessing, happiness, peace and prosperity.
Very respectfully,
Hashmat
