He does not have any degrees in economics. You are confused. The guy is a moron who is an American citizen, he is not even Afghan. He, an American, signed the security agreement with Americans which gives foreign soldiers immunity against crimes done to Afghans. What gives him, an American, this right to commit crimes against Afghans.

I also have a Kabul city plan, that does not mean its gonna happen. Afghanistan economy is shrinking since 97% of it was US military spending. Your new Kabul city plan is as likely to happen as my new Kabul city plan.
