It is very simple but the establishment and secret agencies of Pakistan has to be sincere and free from munafiqat. Solution
1) Pakistan secret agencies should declare openly and really that there are no good or bad taliban but all are the same.
2)Pakistani establishment and secret agencies stops interfering in Afghanistan's matters.
3)Pakistani establishment and secret agencies openly admit that they have been funding the terrorists in Afghanistan and openly apologize for that.
4)Pakistani establishment and secret agencies admits that they have been playing double game in Pakhtunkhwa, creating fazlullah and co.
Pakistani establishment and secret agencies apologize for participating in Afghan war in musharraf era.
And
then start operation Punjab, the whole nation will be with them and very soon pakistan will get rid of this menace.

Also pakistani army execute all those generals including musharraf who played double games and made policies which led us to this point.
