Both Pakistan and Israel and the only two states in the world which were created by ideology not by nationalism. For Pakistan it was Islam and for Israel it was Judaism or Zionism. The difference is that Israel declared itself secular while Pakistan is still Islamic Republic.

Three people in Pakistan tried to make Pakistan also secular but could not succeed. Jinah, Ayub Khan and Musharraf but the work done by Ziaulhaq cannot be undone so far. He made the constitution totally Islamic. Bhutto was also secular and socialist but Mullahs prevailed.

British up to cabinet mission plan were in favor of united India but this was Muslim League which asked for a separate homeland for Muslims of India. As Islam was the slogan, till today religion or Islam is a vicious circle for Pakistan. If they leave Islam then why partition of India and if they go with Islam then they have to hand over Pakistan to Mullahs and Taliban.

New theories are emerging like that of Khalid Bin Saeed that it was not religion but economic consideration of Muslims as a force behind the creation of Pakistan. Jinah himself was a secular kind of person whose dress and ideas were all European not religious.

On the topic, Waziristan is part of Pakistan so Pakistani army is responsible for Waziristan not Gaza which is part of Palestine not Pakistan. I do not know why we blame or ask Pakistani army to fight for other countries?
