By colored world I mean inhabitants of Africa, Asia, and South America. How can they win back their dignity and freedom? I propose the following solutions.
-Personal and societal commitment to human-development including development of knowledge, acquisition of scientific and technological skills, enhancement of productive capacities, and mastery of other forms of soft and hard-skills/power.
-Shunning and discouraging all form of superstition, irrationality including religious bigotry. This especially applies to Muslims who should immediately outlaw all forms of political Islamist and ideological Islamist movement and promote Islam of the ordinary man which has been in practice for centuries and which has provided solace and spiritual fulfillment to the ordinary man.
-Religious and social reformist processes should be expedited through real material change in the lives of the people. For this purpose governmental resources as well as non-governmental resources should be tapped. Philanthropist work can play a huge role.
-Internal cohesion requires that democratic values, pluralism, and diversity are emphasized. Representative constitution guaranteeing the civic, political, religious, cultural rights of all people should be enacted. Ethnic and religious minorities and other native people should be shown special generosity and should be given privileges more than their demographic strength. This will give them feeling of security and will result in greater cohesion and stability.
-Institutional reform and governance should be improved. Strong institutions and rule of law is important should be established/enforced as much as possible.
-There should be mutual cooperation and help among people of color. Common cross-regional institutional reform and mutual effort for progress can play a good role in improving the lot of people.
