Da Bannu Khar (The Donkey of Bannu) doesn't know that in 1971, the Paki/Punjabi Army was defeated on the Western front as well. Obviously, the war doctrine of Pakistan was that, East Pakistan will be defended from West Pakistan, which literally meant if India ever attacked East Pakistan, Pakistan will attack India from the western front to engage India on both fronts, divide its defensive strength, and defeat it.
This doctrine was used in 1971. But when the war was over, India had also West Pakistan's territory under its military occupation. So much for the martial qualities of Pakis.
If it weren't for US nuclear threat, India would have annihilated West Pakistan as well. But at that time Westerners wanted to save West Pakistan to use it against USSR in future and to tolerate the liberation of Bangladesh because they thought Chinese communist influences are on the rise in East Pakistan which will affect West Pakistan as well.
