Afghanistan claim that anything upto attock belong to them including the people.With this claim it is necessary for the Afghanistan govt to give citizenship to all Pakistani pashtuns or atleast declare them as citizen of Afghanistan by default.

Read my post again and try to comprehend it this time. We would gladly give citizenship to any Pashtun, but then as you said yourself, that will make the entire land that belong to them a part of Afghanistan by default. Since Pashtuns in Pakistan doesn't consider Afghanistan as their country and Afghanistan isn't strong enough to take it by force, that would mean no citizenship can be given to them.

Until people consider and see themselves as Afghans, there is no way Afghanistan can give citizenship to them. You could even call it an universal rule, if that can make you understand better.

Than why does it still consider the land as of Afghanistan.

The same reason Palestinian consider the country Israel as Palistine.

The thing is, once you declare something as legitimate (in this case the durandline), then you can never make it a part of your country. Even if you get the strength in the future, or the people from the other side decide to be part of your country.

By not accepting the durandline:
- Pashtun from Pakistan in the future (if they want) can be part of Afghanistan
- Afghanistan can take the land back without international interference (if they get strong enough)

The thing is one cannot decide the future of an entire ethnicity, by just one or two generations. So even if Pashtun from Pakistan in this generation doesn't want to be part of Afghanistan, doesn't mean Pashtun in later generation wont want to be.

By not accepting durandline, we give a choice for Pashtun in Pakistan. If we accept the durandline, that choice will be gone. That why Pakistan so desperately want Afghanistan to accept the durandline, so Pashtun in Pakistan will lose that very choice.

PESHAWAR: Pakistan’s warplanes and helicopter gunship targeted militant hideouts in North Waziristan as part of a military offensive "Operation Zarb-e-Azb", killing more than 50 insurgents, sources said Friday.

The sources said several hideouts were destroyed in Qutab Khail and adjacent areas in the restive tribal region near the Afghan border.

Identities of those killed are yet to be known.

I know one day Pashtuns on both side will be together again and this might happen within this century,But the Bigger question is how,Will the Pakistani pashtun region's secceed into Afghanistan,Afghanistan pashtuns region's into Pakistan or a federation.

Today was the last day for all the civilian to move out of NW.150k already registered into camps with the total population of NW only 450k

Hafiz Gul bahadur has also officially confirmed that they will be part of the defensive approach against Pakistan army.

So the total Expected Strength of militants in NW is

*1500 TTP militants
*4,000 Hafiz Gul bahadur Group
*150 Al qaida
*400 Haqqani

Hafiz Gul bahadur is possibly within NW,While fazlullah in Kunar.

2 More TTP militants killed in karachi

Karachi operation: Two TTP militants killed

KARACHI: Two Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) members were killed in a joint operation by police and Rangers personnel in Karachi’s Manghopir Sultanabad area, Express News reported on Friday.
It was reported that one of the deceased was a local TTP commander. A Rangers spokesperson confirmed the death of the two militants.
The operation was conducted after the security forces were tipped off about the presence of the militants.
When the security forces reached the area, the militants opened fire and threw hand grenades at them, injuring three Rangers personnel, identified as Naseer and Akbar. The injured were immediately shifted to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for treatment.
A high contingent of security forces was called in after the initial encounter. An exchange of fire took place again, which lead to the death of the two militants.
After the operation, additional IGP Karachi announced cash reward as well as commendation certificates for the police personnel involved in the operation.

"Aam waziri" was sick of army's mortars and shellings on population since 2007, long curfews, cutting of communications and supplies by army, humiliating house searches, disappearances, extrajudicial killings and killings of journalists by ISI.
If NW is conquered by army, wazirs would become displaced people like mehsuds. Those who would be allowed by army to settle back, will have very humiliating life under occupation of napak zaleel army.
