The idea what US and some western countries have is that like in their regions a multi-ethnic state can not exist for long time. Fed by the assumptation that Pashtuns will not accept a non-Pashtun becoming the president of Afghanistan and the non-Pashtuns will not accept a Pashtun resistence, even if this process was democratic, US is trying to devide Afghanistan covertly. You remember the secret meeting between Pakistan, Taliban, Oman, Yemen, Saudi-Arabia, US, UK and NA? This plan was manifested already then. Then, people like Ismail Khan claimed being the only legitimated and accepted ruler of Badgheez, Hirat, Farah and Ghowr and he emphasized that once he is back there he will fight Taliban and keep them out. At the same time he asked US to give the Baloch people of the south enough support that their regions (mainly Nimruz) can become Balochis first and official independent ''country''. The Baloch people would form the gate to western Afghanistan and Taliban would face a strong resistence from them and the Farsiwan militias backed by international powers. The US welcomed that idea of Baluchi state in southern Afghanistan. As far I know US has planned to deploy nearly all it´s troops from Kandahar and Helmand with only one big base in the urban side of Helmand from where the ANA and they will conduct operations into Taliban territory. But to be precise this base is more like a border checkpoint than a military base. It means US already decided where they want to draw the line. The Farsiwans in the north under Mr Atta are right now monopolizing the whole region as Farsiwans from west do with their region. Atta ordered to built a supply route in form of an highway from Balkh to Hirat as there is one from Balkh to Kabul. Atta is also busy in providing Farsiwans from Farah and Paktia with money and weapons. Everything looks like Blackwill's plan B. Pakistan will play her game against the TTP trying to erase them while supporting only the Afghan Taliban with the aim to limit the space of Taliban to Afghanistan so the Pashtun regions will be for years in trouble and no Pashtunists can claim on her territory. To prevent the partition of Afghanistan we must show the world that we Pashtuns are and were the first democratic nation ever. We support democracy and we look beyond our ethnic and we are caring about all Afghanistan. But if the frst scenario happens than a new state called Talibanistan will appear in the heart of Asia and Pashtuns will be finished for all and ever.Originally posted by Azmal View PostI wouldn’t agree more...looks like plan B--division of Afghanistan--Abdullah2x coming to power will be first step. I believe it is the "punching bag" type of plan. There are reasons for it. The Americans are kind of vengeful group due to probably historical causes and don't agree on anything less than total submission. They want to treat people from a position of masterly generosity after they have conquered the target people, humiliated them, and broken their pride and spirit of freedom.Originally posted by Azmal View PostI wouldn’t agree more...looks like plan B--division of Afghanistan--Abdullah2x coming to power will be first step. Pashtuns and Karzai resisted so they have to be punished.
Examples: How Kurds, Shias of Iraq(now they have disenfranchised Sunnis and rewarded Shias) , Pashtuns, Germans, Japanese, etc. were punished because they had resisted in WWII @ WWI.
The punching bag scenario suits because that keeps Pakistan happy (united yet weak Afghanistan with south-east of Afg under Pakistan-controlled Taleban influence ), wins over Taleban to the American side, keeps the regions around the Durand Line destabilized albeit in a controllable way for creating themselves the opportunity to interfere in and manipulate the region, make the Taleban foot-soldiers available to them to create trouble for other global players e.g. China (Xingiang), Russia, etc. Also in sight is the Persian Gulf + Gawadur+China's influence + Iran, etc.

That is stupendous to say. Pashtuns can never be finished. The only thing that can happen is the temporary dominance of Taleban but they don't have the acumen to run a state. Ultimately, they will be booted out of course after a civil war between Pashtun nationlists/moderates and them.Originally posted by Bost Bastan News View PostThe idea what US and some western countries have is that like in their regions a multi-ethnic state can not exist for long time.
