Afghanistan's elections for President and 458 provincial councilors are slated for April 5, 2014. Although, insurgents are focusing on disrupting the elections, however 400,000 Afghan soldiers and policemen are ready for deployment across the country to deter any threat to this democratic process.
The results of all elections are determined by the people who show up at the poll stations. They say “Bad officials are elected by good citizens who do not vote.” We encourage all Afghans to vote and wish them a safe, free, fair and transparent Presidential and provincial council election.
In your opinion, what would be the biggest obstacle to these upcoming elections?
