Well, isn't that a big lie abut democracy. I wonder what the person who made this up knows about democracy at all. Besides, you first need to define it. Depending on the person's definition, we might be able to clear up these lies.

I'm sure this was intended as a joke, and if so, it's serving its purpose pretty well.
P.S. Just like you don't want people to "blame" Islam for the actions of Muslims, you shouldn't hypocritically blame "democracy" for the actions of those who call themselves democrats or champion democracy.
