  • First Afghan Female Police Chief,

Afghanistan has appointed Col. Jamila Bayaz a mother of five as its first female police chief. Her appointment is a sign of progress in the violence-ravaged country. Her district, one of ten in the capital, houses the presidential palace, numerous ministries, the central bank and the main money and gold markets.
Her appointment could not come at a more critical time. Presidential elections are due to be held in April and Nato-led forces are due to end combat operations in Afghanistan this year, putting local troops and police officers at the forefront of fighting the Taliban and other militant groups.
The role of Afghan women in society is frequently cited as an example of progress made in Afghanistan since the Taliban were driven from Kabul in 2001.
In your opinion, how important is the role of women in Afghan National Security Forces?
    Respectfully,

    Musafir Zazai,

Why should someone kill her? Any reason? or you want people to get killed for no reason.
