Tajikistan may have a secular oriented government but the people are devout Muslims and Islam exists in every corner of the state. 3years ago I had a travel with Mr. Assadullah Khaliq there because of some business in Dushanbe and I can tell you that the words of someone with no ID or lost ID with ID crises (thanks to your chauvinist Arab and Paki masters) have no meaning just words of a fake Muslim. Even during Soviet Empire people practiced Islam but not in the public since it was forbidden praticing in the public. They believe that some Tajiks from Afghanistan are like you and that makes them fear. Like most Muslims in Afghanistan they consider you as an infidel, a wahabi who marries his fifth sister. People of Tajikistan are one of the most honest people and Muslims in the islamic world. On the other hand people like you who destroy innocent Pashtun life in southern Afghanistan are busy in human-traffic, kidnappings, prostitution and other worse things yet you call yourself ''Muslim''. Your system and countries like Pakistan and Saudi Arabia is based on alcoholism, prostitution and human-traffic and of course hypocrisy. That won´t happen. Like us Tajiks are devided because of a drawn line as well, so Turkmen, Uzbeks and other people. They consider both sides of the border as home. In the last 30 years their population just increased, not decreased. Don´t waste your time with such unlogical conclussions. Tajiks on both side are working every close with eachother, specially the warlords. I remember have read in 8sobh 4 years ago an article about Noor Muhammad Atta and Mr. Rahman. Atta (the head of Jamiat) promised to secure Tajikistan from Uzbekistan´s aggression. In 1989 and again in 1991 the british government backed Hizb Islami to enter Tajikistan and destroy there the system. Tajiks from Takhar and Pansher and some from Kabul belonging to Jamiat and Massoud immideately shifted to Tajikistan supporting and finally ending the civil war there. More than 3000 ''Shamlawar Kharasanis'' were killed coming and sponsored by Pakis. Within Tajikistan and even Uzbekistan (i.e. the mayors of Bukhara and Samarqand of whom I know that both are Tajik nationalists) are trying to support Tajiks in Afghanistan and keep for them the northern routes to northern markets secured and open. Specially Uzbekistan´s political Tajik population seems to have high hopes for Tajiks of Afghanistan
