what is a good soldier depends on the situation and the one using them.

Take Pashtuns as an example. They have good soldier attributes due to their culture, pride and honor. Making them an excellent soldier in terms of individuality. In the other hand the problem lies on their independent nature, making them a pain in the a** to centralize. They are way to disunited amongst themselves, which makes them hard to unite under a certain banner. But if you look at the bright side, then if you somehow manage to unite and centralize them, they be a hell of a force.

What is a nature question?

If you're talking about racial genetic then it has very little to do with being a soldier.
If you eat and train the same, you will grow up to be more or less the same.
Of course there will be small differences amongst the people, but not in term of race or anything like that.

Now to more accurate description of a ''good soldier''. I get the feeling that you think a person who is physical big and strong makes a better soldier, which is far from truth.
Being a good soldier is all mentally. It is your metal state and your values that determine whether you're a ''good soldier''.
In terms of physical traits. I would rather prefer a small person, simply because you need no big meat arms to shoot a weapon. Yet a small person will use less resources in terms of food/water etc.

That being said, if you want to determine a good soldier in terms of race/ethnicity, then you should look at their culture and history. At least if you want a more accurate judging. Genes are a joke for judging a soldier.

blacks are obviously stronger then whites, they dominate boxing football they dominate any sports white people play

even now mma with more blacks getting involved in mma you have blacks taking the combat sport over you had Anderson silva dominate middle weight division you have guys like rashad evens and jon jones who is probably best pound for pound fighter in the world

Maybe you have gone to every Pashtun in the world and recruited them for military, afterward you tested their abilities and capabilities for being a soldier. After you had done that, you made a paper work over Pashtuns attributions and your conclusion was ''pashtuns aren't good soldiers''.
