That is a strawman fallacy. What is happening in the present does not mean they were happening in the past.

You do realize that suicide bombings were not a tactic until the Americans arrived on the scene.

I agree to a degree but then how do you explain the suicide bombers that killed massoud outside of a mosque back in 2001? that was a day before 9/11 and when nato wasn't in Afghanistan. I believe they happened but not as frequently as they are today.

^^those were arabs, not afghans plus no one really knows how that happened, even masood's own family thinks it was an inside job.

you think? bring sources, don't just think.

Who ever did it, it still happened and there is no denying that. I'm sure it happened before the U.S. invasion but not as vibrant. Explain to me all the warlords like massoud that were blowing up Kabul and killing innocent women and children?

massoud informed usa that something is gonna happen but the usa didnot and did not want to listen to him
usa was at this time not in afghanistan but by now on the scene like always and everywhere!

Obviously those who killed Massoud were both arabs, but behind that attack was USA. Massoud would not allow thousand of foreign troops in Afghanistan.

I have a huge respect for that man. Massoud was a great man.

not obviously they were arabs from marocco as i know and i'm not sure agyptian and yemen (about this two countries you can correct me)

agree behind that attack was usa

for me he is a warlord like others. in the 80s he fought side by side with them but in the 90s against them. he didn't fight against taliban because of their ideology etc. but just because to have some power in afg and taliban were a big enemy

edit: after his death he was made to an icon by the west because the west needed a good tool against taliban which say supported before
