Sorry But we Certainly Don't really want the land back since after a decade it will again become independent. Both the countries has no land border and on top of that Bangladesh is surrounded by India from all sides except sea.Originally posted by Khilji View Postai ai ai very diplomatic for a pakistani that once had this golden appel ehh come on you want this land back more than anything else.
Bangladesh from start should had been formed as a seperate country and not with Pakistan
I respect Bangladesh's People.I wish them to be successful and they already are growing very fast
Do you know Bangladesh right now is only 2nd to Sri lanka in growth rate. They are put in the 3G ranking list.
They are bound to become a very Big economy.leaving countries like Thailand,Malaysia,Smaller countries in europe such as netherland, belgium, austria, and countries like Newzealand

1. Everyone on this thread apart from DSM0305 is on my ignore and I do not wish to communicate with them or read their posts.Originally posted by DSM0305 View PostDemocracy literally means being ruled by the people. And those that you so dearly supports want Bangladesh to be part of Pakistan again.
However for those who are genuinely concerned about Bangladesh here are some points.
The situation is far more complicated than the propaganda being spread by Jamaatis/Ikhwanis and other "Islamists".
2. The Awami League is generally a secular party though it has many pious Muslims in its rank and file. The Tableeghis in Bangladesh generally support the Awami League or are sympathetic to them. The Tableeghis in Pakistan are different and are more militant, Pakistani nationalists and some even say have connections to the ISI.
However amongst the elite of the Awami League are quite a few secularists who are Islamophobic and yes, there is an Indian intelligence (RAW) connection with the Awami League, as there is a Pakistani intelligence link (ISI) with the opposition BNP and Jamaat.
The Awami League is in coalition with some communist parties who hate Islam period. Amongst the elite of the Awami League are some secularists and Hindophiles.
However for the common Bangladeshi masses, the Awami League can never disrespect Islam openly.
The Awami League government banned Youtube when there was a film insulting the holy prophet (solAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) something even Saudi Arabia did not do.

Muslim students with caps, from the Awami League facebook page today.

Head of the Awami League and current prime minister of Bangladesh, Hasina Wajid reading the Quran.

Hasina (in blue) with her sister Rehana (far left) at the grave of the holy prophet Muhammad solAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam.
Now if you follow Jamaati/Ikhwani/ "Islamist" propaganda or read a Jamaati-dominated site like defence.pk, you would not believe such pictures are even possible.
However the fact is there are many amongst the Awami League elite and aligned "literati" (Sushil Somaj) in Bangladesh who have an antipathy to Islam. Personally I think Hasina should be tried for certain crimes of corruption and violence as should the pro-Pakistani, Khaleda Zia. Both should be banned from politics. This is what 90% of Bangladeshis would want.
3. DSM0305 has correctly pointed out that those carrying out propaganda against Bangladesh (I do not like the Awami League regime e.g. they are anti-Rohingya, pro-India and to a degree pro-Hindu but not to the exaggerated levels that Jamaatis claim) are those who wish Bangladesh to be part of Pakistan.
Bengalis were part of Pakistan where they were second class citizens.
Pakistanis on the whole - despite what you may read on the internet - generally are racist to Bengalis and look down on them as an inferior race. Part of this is to do with pre-Islamic Hindu-origin racism.
Jamaatis carry out a lot of lies and propaganda which they then tell to others in the Ikhwani/"Islamist" network who then reguritate these lies as no doubt the ignorant and uneducated troll who started this thread has done.
One Jamaati propaganda technique is to label any attack on Jamaat or Jamaatis an "attack on Islam".
- Jamaati war criminal executed = "MURDER OF A MUSLIM "SCHOLAR"", even if the Jamaati was not an Imam like Jamaati political activist Kadir Molla.
- Jamaati female activists in clash with police = "OPPRESSION OF "MUSLIM" WOMEN IN BANGLADESH".
- Jamaat banned = "REPRESSION OF ISLAM", no mention that no other Islamic political party is banned, only Jamaat which is connected with war crimes in 1971.
Jamaat has around 1% support in Bangladesh but has power way beyond its numbers.
a: It is supported by the Saudis who help it financially. Jamaat in total are estimated to earn $280 million (a huge amount of money in a poor country like Bangladesh). Jamaat's existence in Bangladesh is due to the Saudi regime who pressurized Bangladesh in to not banning it.
b: It has paid money to American PR companies.
c: It has hired British lawyers.

Tony Cadman, British Lawyer for the Saudi/Pakistani-backed Jamaat e Islami in Bangladesh.
By the way none of the Pakistanis, Saudis, and other "Islamists" who regurgitate anti-Bangladeshi Jamaati propaganda are concerned about justice for the thousands of rape victims in Bangladesh during the 1971 war, or the hundreds of thousands of Muslim Bengalis murdered in 1971 by the Pakistan army and Jamaati collaborators. These people are not important for them. What matters is Pakistan and Jamaat.
However Islamically the Pakistan soldiers that murdered and raped Muslim Bengalis in the 1971 war will have to seek forgiveness for those they murdered and raped on the day of judgement, or otherwise they will never be forgiven. This however is something which these Pakistani soldiers - coming from what is a very Hindu influenced society with colour/caste based racism - are unwilling to do as they consider Bengalis racially inferior and in reality "low caste".
However aside from that, the fact is Islamically a criminal must seek forgiveness for those whom it has oppressed/wronged, so these Pakistani war criminals will have to do that on the day of judgement.
Apart from DSM0305's comments, I am sure the rest of this thread (which I cannot read as all of the trolls in it are on my ignore) is mindless, ignorant nonsense and Jamaati/Ikhwani propaganda.
Summary
- The Awami League does have an anti-Islamic faction in it and pro-Hindu faction. However it cannot offend Muslim feelings in this heavily conservative country.
- Jamaatis claim any attack against them is an attack on "Islam" and "Muslims".
- All three parties, the Awami League, BNP and Jamaat are involved in corruption and violence.
I hope my comments have clarified the situation a bit better and if DSM0305 or any other Muslim brothers or non-Muslims wish to ask me more, question what I say then please feel free too and I will be happy to answer.
Thank you for reading.Last edited by Bengal_Tiger; 01-02-2014, 07:22 PM.* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

Son of a Jamaati leader.

According to asad71, Jamaati leaders were in the past given money for the poor Rohingyas, which they then put in to their own personal pockets.
Most conservative Muslims in Bangladesh are Deobandi or Sufi orientated and both Deobandi and Sufi scholars hate Jamaat whom they consider as heretics.
However Jamaat are backed by Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and the wider global "Islamist" network.* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

if you want to kill all muhajirs, then you will have to kill all 8 million of us. It won't happen. On one hand you keep talking about how great Pakistan is, then you target such a large of group of people with filthy racism.
Like Jankhan has said this operation is against MQM criminals and other criminals, not any ethnic group. It is a very successful operation.Last edited by Karachi; 01-02-2014, 08:29 PM.

Arab "Islamists" have been tricked by Pakistanis and Pakistani-wannabe Jamaatis in to believing all sorts of lies and propaganda about Bangladesh.
I could give endless examples of Jamaati lies but just one for now.
Below is a picture of a practising Bangladeshi Muslim with a beard. He is wearing a bandana with the words "Fashi chai" (i.e. "hang" razakars, razakars being pro-Pakistani collaborators and war criminals). The picture in the middle of his bandana is of a "razakar" being hung.

By the way here is a picture of a Mukti Bahini (1971 freedom fighter with an Afghan/Pashtun Pakol):

Bangladesh's first leader, Mujib, who was a Muslim student leader and Pakistan activist during his youth. He is wearing a Muslim prayer cap with other Bengali Muslims.

Amin Ullah Shaikh, a Mukti (freedom fighter), in naval operations in 1971 for the Bangladeshi freedom fighters.

Another Mukti, freedom fighter for Bangladeshi independence in 1971.

Another Bangladeshi freedom fighter, Mohammed Shafiul Rehman, 1971 naval marines for Bangladeshi liberation forces.

Mukti Bahini praying to Allah. With Allah's help Bengalis defeated the Saudi-backed Pakistan army. Saudi Arabia and Pakistan were defeated.

Muslim Bangladeshi woman with a bandana calling for Jamaati war criminals to be hanged.

Former Awami League government minister, a Hindu, Suranjit Sengupta, in Asia's 2nd biggest Islamic university, Hathazari (in Chittagong). Sengupta is 3rd from the left with the regular trousers and glasses.
Bangladeshi history and politics has completely been distorted by Pakistanis and pro-Pakistani Jamaatis in Bangladesh who completely try to de-Islamize the pious Muslim Bengali masses and portray them as Hindus, whilst the Pakistan army that raped and murdered were all "good Muslims". This is the propaganda being consumed by ignorant Arabs including the Saudi regime and others and now being spread across the internet.
However Bangladesh is free thanks to Allah ta'ala and will remain free.Last edited by Bengal_Tiger; 01-02-2014, 08:47 PM.* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
