I am not a Pak fauj fanboy, but this picture alone is not enough evidence to support the accusation being made.

The torture and murder could have been committed by TTP, or Pak fauj. But how can I tell from this picture, alone?
Fazlullah and his taliban only killed security personels and pro-governament militants and you must be aware that taliban simply behead or shoot in the head, they dont play the torture games like ISI. What happened in swat was that thousands of people were unable to get out of swat before deadline, so many got killed in air strikes and artillary shelling of army. But beside this unintentional collateral damage, ground troops indescrimately shot any one in sight. After operation army jawans went on revenge , tortured and hanged bodies of suspected taliban begin to appear throughout swat. The real taliban had already fled while any swati pashtun with beard was bearing the brunt. According to journalist saleem safi more than 22000 swatis , picked by security agencies, are still missing.

I am from South Punjab, and many of your Afghan compatriots have businesses and shops there.

        Nobody discriminates against them?

So I come to the conclusion that you should not see everything in terms of black and white.
I wont solely blame punjabis.....pashtuns in army have similar mindset. The problem lies with this british era institution who first two army chiefs were farangi....indian and paki army are same when it comes to handling insurgencies. Paki army is violating human rights in those areas where they are getting attacked more by taliban. So you see more civilian casaulties at the hands of paki army in north waziristan and other areas of FATA than in those areas of KPK where taliban who not emerged at all. In swat napak faujis were infuriated at the beheadings of their comrades at the hands of taliban so applied british concept of collective punishment on swat. They are applying this collective punishment in tribal areas where they begin to indescrimately bomb the nearby village with mortars and artillary whenever their security check posts are attacked by taliban.

When paki army tries to cover up their crimes, they successfully do it. Media usually publish official statements of ISPR. But any how google amensty international report about extrajudicial killings in swat and check out wikileaks about human right violations and extrajudicial killings by napak army in swat.

In 2009 when operation was conducted in bannu, mainly in the baka khel

In helicopter shelling one of my far uncle house was damaged and a buffalo was also injured which later died after few weeks.though many terrorist in baka khel such as dapi(Sher bachshah) and whole of his gang was killed.Mateen was also captured alive and many of his partners were killed though mateen later escaped after the bannu jail break.

In surrani, many mentle people were killed by pak army,as curfew was imposed and any found approaching toward them was killed.

A famous mentle from surrani was killed as he had the habit of standing on the road and to salute each passing vehicle.when he did similar during the operation.he was killed by the MG3 of army vigo.Later heavy protest was held all over bannu after him.

80 militants killed in Bannu operation

Though i would still not compare them with taliban.since taliban has killed thousand of innocents.i wont ever call taliban as human.they are animals.a good taliban is a dead taliban

Other than this for me all taliban are top kafirs.i have certainly more respect for jews than tali*******s

Not just in curfews, in southern districts you have to be extra careful when you see approaching army vehicle on road. People usually stop their cars on sides of road and wait for army vehicle to pass otherwise some unfortunate incident might occur at the hands of faujis. Last year i was going to DI khan and there was long checking at kohat tunnel. One of the frustrated passenger said to punjabi soldier "itni sakhti tou india ki fauj bi kashmir may nahi karti". The face of soldier twisted in anger , he went on saying how dare they are compared with indians. He told all of us to get out of coach for checking but he was interrupted by some officer.

You wont see such strictness in punjab, army dont fire like this on vehicles there. You are in some sort of coma otherwise you would have realized it that army percieve pashtun areas as hostile and dangerous. My understanding is that lakki marwat is very pro-pakistan, anti-taliban yet so much hostility by army towards them?. British indian army was behaving similarly in pashtun areas.

More precisely they are scared of death and are fearful for their lives. Its because they are not fighting for allah neither jihad is their motivation. They fight for salary which they recieve at the end of month. They piss while standing, they eat while standing...these clean-shaved faujis are uncertain whether they would go to jannat or jahanum for killing innocent pashtuns and balochs.
