he didnt use his qualifications to help Afghanistan but to help destroy Afghanistan.
now he banded up with Gilamjam Dostum who killed around 8000(predominantely Pashtuns) people in a couple of days in the begin of war.

he shouldnt be president and should disband his alliance with gilamjam than he can work as a minister.

i even did electin campagne for him in 2009 elections and persueded many in jalalabad to vote for him bt now i wouldnt do the same.
