Afghan goverment should move some Afghans to areas bordering Iran

If Afghan government wasn't corrupt and was a legitimate government it would do some development projects in Herat, Zaranj and other places near the Iran border to ensure if there were ever a partition Afghanistan land would have an argument to keeps its territories that Iran would love to take. Sadly Afghanistan government can't do anything its all warlords and whatever development has been done was by the foreigners. Neglecting parts of Afghanistan is wrong and it will keep Afghanistan backwards in education, development.

Gul aga sherzai was kicked out once when karzai plan to make him governer of herat.
It is a good idea to settle more pashtuns in west to stop iraian aggression and get rid of persain influnce but can they do it?
I given the idea of afghan-pashtuns refugees in pakistan should be settle in the west and in north but sadly everydAY more pashtuns are leaving afghanistan for pakistan.

If you read about Chabahar port deal with Iran Afghanistan and India deal you will understand that Afghanistan is living in the past with Kabul and the Khyber pass. Afghanistan should do lots of development by the Iranian border to broaden itself and actually use the landmass of Afghanistan. If you develop other cities in Afghanistan you will get Afghanistan educated and developed faster. Problem is Karzai can't even get the Kajaki dam to be built and I'm here talking about some next level projects. Afghanistan needs a real ally, America is fake and doesn't want to seriously develop Afghanistan, they have some other agenda. This is why I support India because they themselves said they want development and peace in Afghanistan by doing many projects to help Afghanistan. Also, India is training Afghan soldiers too.

Porkistan is a opportunistic shaytan state that took advantage of Afghanistan's weak times. In 1971 Afghanistan could have easily taken back its lands from Porkistan but we are god fearing and not coward opportunistic. nice plan but not realistic. The Aimaks dominate 80% of Herat and they don´t think to move close to the frontier. Noone will move there. It´s just a desert. And urban people will never leave their properties. You also underestimate the identity of urbane Herati people who feel close to Iran than to Afghanistan. Even some Aimak groups feel closer to Iran. Just behind the border deep into Qazvin province you will find sizeble numbers of Aimaks living there co-existing with other full-nomadic or semi-nomadic groups
