HANGU: A US drone strike targeting a seminary in Tehsil Tal killed at least six persons and injured eight more on Thursday morning, Geo news reported.

According to the sources, a US drone fired three missiles on the seminary in Tehsil Tal at about 5 AM on Thursday and three of those killed in the strike were members of the Haqqani network.

Sources said that the drones continued to hover over the missile-hit-area, causing tension among the tribal people.

The attack comes a day after the Prime Minister's Adviser on Foreign Affairs and National Security Sartaj Aziz told the Senate body that the US had assured Pakistan of not conducting drone strikes during the government’s talk with the Taliban.

another attack on pashtunkhwa by Evil US with help of napak aramy.
These drones are flying from a base in punjab.
The US knows very well where the terrorism originated from but punishing pashtuns for the so called war on terror.
US signed deal with GHQ/NAPAk ARMY for drones attack.
The US pigs/army like a coward pigs badly defeated in afghanistan .These cowards are bombing from the sky.
GHQ should be target not the innocensts pashtuns.
punjabi army only defend punjab not others.
US pay for every drone attack to napak army.

It reminds me of one of Aesop's fables:

The Scorpion and the Frog A scorpion and a frog meet on the bank of a stream and the scorpion asks the frog to carry him across on its back. The frog asks, "How do I know you won't sting me?" The scorpion says, "Because if I do, I will die too." The frog is satisfied, and they set out, but in midstream, the scorpion stings the frog. The frog feels the onset of paralysis and starts to sink, knowing they both will drown, but has just enough time to gasp "Why?" Replies the scorpion: "Its my nature..."

I would not compare Pakistan military to a scorpion- thats insulting a scorpion.

I would much say Pakistan military are like the toilet paper of the US- to be used and disposed of when not needed.

U.S. would be scorpion, PK would be the frog for believing that they would abstain from drone strikes for any reason.

I still dont see the comparison to this fable because Pakistan military is directly supporting and enabling the drone strikes. Wikileaks confirms that the outgoing Pak army chief Kayani supported drone strikes and wanted more.

The drone program is supported and enabled by the Pakistan military ever since Mushareaf began permitting them in 2004. Without Pakistan military cooperation, there can be no drone strikes.

Case in point would be the aftermath of the Salala attack which killed a number of Pakistani soldiers. Pakistan said they would shoot down drones, and hence, there were no drone attacks for nearly 6 months until Pak military started cooperating again.

The analogy I would see Pakistan bending over and taking it in the behind from the US (excuse the graphic nature), but that is the most accurate one. Pakistan is mercenary army for hire that is promoting war in ethnic areas of Pakistan (non-Punjabi). In Balochistan, it is Balochis, and in FATA/KP, it is Pashtuns. Punjabis live in peace for the most part.

It is the same with Afghanistan, where you have a majority Tajik dominated ANA army supporting a heavy handed war that is focused on Pashtuns. The government is run by Tajiks, and Tajikified Pashtuns (who mostly are expatriates)
