Form a union of all as a United Pakhtunkhwa(KPK-Southern Balochistan-FATA and even the margalla hills of Islamabad which were part of KPK originally)
this would make it a bigger state something like punjab and than we can go united.
Shebaz nor Nawaz is doing anything for us in South Punjab.
Plus those guys are Kashmiris.

i disagree.. i think pashtuns are better risk takers.. what punjabies have in the shape of Gujranwala, Lahore, Faisalabad and Sialkot is a strong population base. Pashtuns lack that population base so even when pashtuns have to build an industry they have to go to punjab to start it up.. i am in businesss sector trust me i know.. go to markets in any major city of Pakistan and see how much of the business is controlled by pashtuns.. most of the time pashtuns are actually the second largest business comunities.. correct me if you think i am wrong.. Also look at day laborers.. people from interior sind and balochistan are also poor but you would never see them venturing out of their areas to make a living? pashtuns are either trying to be laborers or some small business (These are the traits of pashtun i love Hard working and risk taking) .. (the traits that i hate is blind following of religion and inability to follow a leader ,, every pashtun thinks he is a leader)..Originally posted by Badlun View PostPunjabis are not only good in agriculture but also in industry and services. The hub of textile industry is Faisalaabd, the electric and metallurgy in Gujrat and sports goods as well as surgical instruments in Sialkot. Lahore is also an industrial city. Hotel and other services are very strong in Punjab.
They are shrewd and professional people. They do not live in nostalgia of empires and padarm sultan bood mentality. Hats off to Punjabis .
In Pashtun areas you will not find neither agriculture nor industry nor services , the three pillars of economy. What you find is abundance of Fazlullahs, Omars, Haqanis, false pride of graveyard of empires which made the Pashtunland land a real graveyard. The only industry we have is the illegal arms and pressure cooker bombs for suicide attacks.
For grouwth of industry you have to have peace, stability and population base.. not every area is cut out for agriculture.. i can not think of any land in the world more fertile than northern punjab and certain areas of KPK (Maradan, Charsada, swabi. etc etc).. The irrigation sytem in punjab was built by english, while gujranwala's steel working base was created by ranjit singh.. Also incase of agriculture .. it doesnt make you any money.. Services and manufacturing does..
So do not give punjbaies to much credit.. Also i think weapon making is a proper industry.. (Northopr gruman, Lokeed martin, Raytheon, even Nasa etc etc).. so i do not agree with statement of "Illegal weapon making" .. governemnt should regularize this industry.. this is pashtun industry..
See the idea is when life give you lemon you make lemonade.. Pashtuns do not have much agricultual land.. if you have a complaint about it .. put up the case in front of Allah's resources distribution commitee. But till that happens we have to work on industries that can be supported by our land.. example.. mining, leather products, power genration, fruit farming and food processing, furnitures.. weapon making. etc etc.. i think sky is the limit.. but when it comes to agriculture we wont make a cut.. (Population of entire KPK is 22 million, Lahore is 8 Million, while karachi is 18 million).. the idea is population base and domestic market.. once you get the bowl rolling.. you can go international..
In Pakistan if there is one ethnic group which is doing better than Pashtuns are in my opinion Punjabies from Northern Punjab. Muhajirs to some extent.. but be aware that Pashtuns are continuously taking over there businesses in Karachi.

You are saying the same thing what I said that Punjabis are doing better than Pashtuns then how you disagree?Originally posted by Tiger Khan View PostIn Pakistan if there is one ethnic group which is doing better than Pashtuns are in my opinion Punjabies from Northern Punjab.
I never said that Balochs and Sindhis or Chitralis and Gilgitis are doing better than Pashtuns.
Your points are worthy to be considered but illegal arms cannot become a trade or manufacturing. Pashtuns are not tax payers especially in FATA and PATA. Pashtuns are just laborers but besides labor we should have the other factors of production which are land, capital and entrepreneurship.
Intensive use of land with more per acre yield and highly priced horticultural crops, apiculture, silviculture, mushroom growing, micropropagation, tissue culture etc can compensate for lack of land. There is need of progressive farming and innovative agriculture. Drip irrigation can replace canal irrigation.
Peace and security can be achieved by Pashtuns themselves. They should denounce all terrorists collectively and clean their land from these filthy creatures and focus on modern education and industrialization.

Not only army but also navy, air force, bureaucracy, civil service, judiciary, legislature, private sector everywhere is controlled by Punjabis because they are half of the population of Pakistan and are willing dedicated workers , not involved in terrorism(except Seraikis) and religious extremism.Originally posted by Karachi View Post^ that article doesn't include the fact that the army is largely controlled by punjabis. Anyone who controls the army, can basically do anything anywhere. This is also the reason they are very nationalistic supporters of the army and ISI.
They need to be more realistic and see that their army and ISI are just tools of the West and Saudis, they are brainwashed in to thinking that Pakistan is the most Ideal of Islamic nation, not sure why are they blind.

i also gave rationale for lack of indutry in KPK... no one pays tax on agriculture in pakistan either.. so agriculture is also illegal agriculture.. if no one pays tax whose fault is that??Originally posted by Badlun View PostYou are saying the same thing what I said that Punjabis are doing better than Pashtuns then how you disagree?

You seem to be a knowledgeable person so we may not resort to emotional stuff when we are talking of real things.
If agricultural tax is sanctioned by the government and the citizens are not paying then it is illegal but if there is no tax then its payment or no payment is not an issue. I do not know whether in Pakistan Agricultural tax is levied or not.
Generally in developed countries the taxpayers themselves are willing to pay tax so that they get privileges and facilities from the government. The government also honestly used this money on macroeconomic measures and infrastructural developments.
Pashtuns must promote a tax payment culture.
