You have to realise that majority of the people in Pakistan army/ISI and even Indian army for that matter are Punjabis. Not only baloch, but even indic groups with in Pakistan and India have beef with punjabis in general. The British made sure that the army in both countries were based in the Punjab region, simply because certian punjabi castes like Jatts were the most loyal soldiers of the British. However of course not every punjabi is to be blamed. I know there are many different types of punjabis. There are punjabis like Tarek Fatah here in Canada who understand the Baloch struggle. I have many punjabi friends who are very nice people. The problem here is people with a certain nationalistic mind set, those are the evil people who will never understand the struggle of other people

With of total 18-20billion dollars GDP and of them 9billion dollars is the aid just to the civilian govt and to army in excess of 10billion dollars.

While to Pakistan they provided 1.6billion dollars since may 2011 or in 2-3 years when the GDP is all set to reach 273billion dollars this year.

US and Europe prommised to send aid even after the withdrawal, but only if Afghanistan accepts the military bases.....seeing Iraq, that was ten times in better state, crimbling to dust in a almost civil war like situation, Afghanistan doesn't have that much choise but to accept the military bases.
