    ISLAMABAD -

Awami National Party (ANP) Senator Zahid Khan and State Minister for Water & Power Abid Sher Ali exchanged abuses after the latter blamed Pashtuns for electricity theft.

According to details, during a meeting of Senate’s Standing Committee for Water and Power on Friday, Senator Zahid Khan and Abid Sher Ali exchanged hot words when the state minister alleged that Pashtuns were involved in power theft.

The ANP senator asked Abid Sher Ali to avoid such blames upon which the state minister said he was not blaming but placing the real facts and figures.

Abid Sher Ali also asked Khan to avoid politicking in the committee meeting and to play role for stopping electricity theft instead.

Upon the altercation between the two, representative of Sindh stood up and criticised both members, saying in each and every meeting, the KP issue was discussed and the committee had no concern about Sindh and its people.

He stressed upon the need of discussing issues faced by Sindh province as well.

After intervention by other members of the standing committee, the issue was brought under control and all members took their seats.

So Pashtuns are angels and they're not racist towards Punjabis?

Then why do so many Pashtuns here like to call Punjabis "DaalKhors" and make fun of them for having relatively darker skin?Is that not racist?

Many Afghans look down on Punjabis for being "darker", and always talk about how they're racially superior.

Since you're a frequent visitor here you should know how your brethren speak.

I've met many Afghans that refer to Pakistanis as Daalkhors, do you not think that is racist?

It's quite common in these forums, many Pashtuns refer to Punjabis as Daalkhors and they make fun of them for being darker, you seem really delusional, you don't want to accept the fact that your countrymen are racist.

I once met a Pashtun from Waziristan, he was making fun of Punjabis for being dark, ironically he was very dark himself, I thought he was a Seraiki before he opened his mouth.

No Afghan/Pashtun have ever made fun of Punjabis for being darker. The thing is Punjabis have an inferiority complex when it comes to their skin color, and assume that people with whiter skin, particular Afghans/Pashtuns making fun of them. The reality stands that Afghans, Pashtuns in particular are very religious. Skin color for a Pashtun have literally no meaning. The thing is nationalistic Punjabis are delusional and thing they are judged by their skin color.

To sum it all up. Your skin color isn't the problem, you yourself make it a problem.

Punjabis always make fun of darker skin tone of indians , bengalis were used to be mocked by Punjabi bureaucrats for being shorter and darker despite of the fact that punjabis themselves are little lighter than bengalis. Both Punjabis and indians are obsessed with skin tone, they love to talk about skin complexion and whitening creams.

I've met many Afghans and they love to mock Punjabis for being a little darker than them, why would Punjabis be insecure about Pashtuns, Punjabs were considered a martial race, and in India they're probably the fairest ethnic group(barring Kashmiris cause they're not Indian).

You're right though, skin color means nothing, but many Pashtuns on these forums tend to be racist, they love call them Daalkhors, as if it makes them feel superior.

With all honesty, I hate how Pashtuns love to hate on Punjabis, it's like y'all suffer from Punjabiphobia.

You can't deny that Pashtuns hate Punjabis.

It is true that most people around the world are obsessed with light skin(at least in non-White countries) but that includes Afghanistan.

I mean if could get penny for every time an Afghan told me how "beautiful and fair" the Afghan race is, I would have enough money to buy Kabul.

Its not the skin colour that pashtuns hate punjabis but its panjabis'policies against Afghanistan and always playing a role of opportunists.

You are so obsessed with skin colour that in most of the posts you are whining about it, typical desi low self-esteem.
