If a man's name for example is Abdullah al qureshi he will not mention the al and just say his name is Abdullah Qureshi. This is common.

In addition, she seems to have an english accent and not a pashtun one because she is speaking in english. mentioning Karzai as an example is poor because it is common for young people who migrate to the West to completely lose their accent when they are speaking in the language of the country they move to. I've seen it many times with afghans and indians who move to Canada.
your just proving your desperate. so why does Karzai not drop the zai or zalmay khalilzad not drop the zad or bin ladin not drop the bin or Jefferson not drop the son.

no, she has an Arabic accent. listen to how malala talks and then listen to some arabs when they talk in English. its clear the lady in the video is arab.

re listening to her she sounds more like an afghan speaking in an english accent than an arab. Arabs tend to more stronger in speaking english and she is more plain. She may be farsi speaking though.

Notice how the swati sister says Malala Yousufzey at: 3:53 yet these democrats filled with raged because they see a woman speaking English better than they do and practicing the Sunnah claim she says Yusuf.

It is the the sister doing the interview who is saying Yusuf. Not the Swati sister.

The point is she sounds like a pashtun who has learned English, i know many swatis and kohatis who speak like her.

she is not Persian. When Persians speak, they lengthen the words. Arabs tend to talk in the back of the throat and pakis and Indians talk at the tip of their tongue, they use a lot of "d" sounds. Afghans Pashtuns have a distinct accent, its different. Swatis talk more like pakis and Indians than afghan pashtuns. I know many swatis, they sound like Indians when talking in English.

well.. i disagree.. there may be refugees but many districts of KPK are devoid of farsi speakers.. Your mom may have been a settler. right?. my grandmother (dad side) was Uzbek from Uzbekistan, but they spoke pashto.
