The shirk camp failed to demarcate Shura as a legislated item of Sharia yet the shirk defenders presist that shura is democracy. Likewise the shirk camp failed to come up with a single definition of democracy.

Mehsud was elected through consultation so he was chosen as a leader by voting via democracy per the above definition
