Quetta is actually a Pashtun city. Balochis are mostly concentrated in southern balochistan (lower part)

false. southern balochistan is populated by mekranis. Also places like sibi and surrounding areas are populated by sindhis (80% Sindhis). Majority of Baloch (having no brahui or mekrani mixture) live in Quetta, mastung, Khuzdar and surrounding areas.

southern balochistan is coastal. and coastals are mekranis. not baloch. different ethnic groups reside balochistan as a whole. Baloch are less in population. Another point of QUetta being heavy with pashtuns is mass illegal immigration per day. Lots of afghans come in and take refuge. Pashtun population is thrice as big as Baloch but it's mainly because of immigrants and also that psahtuns have been living there too. A mixture of both. Also baloch can blend in. So it's harder to distinguish them. Pashtuns and baloch look the same in quetta. So that figure could be miscalculated as well.

Baluch are our brothers.I have seen many of them speak fluent pashtu.
I always treat them like my fellow pashtuns.
Quetta is majority pashtuns.The arbabs (khansi) tribe is the original people of quetta and they are pakhtuns.
I see no reason a pashtun can be anti-baluch.
Their culture and way of life is similar to pukhtoons.

pashtuns cannot be anti-baloch. they simply cannot. there is a page on facebook with 100,058 likes with the title of Pashtun & Baloch. I have also experienced pashtun love for us in Quetta. the pashtuns become very "kind hearted" when greeting a baloch. I have experienced this everywhere. They respect us alot.

The only pashtuns that hate baloch are those who are in favor of Pakistan and dont want it to break, and I haven't even seen those pashtuns except for a very few (michin khel, etc) who love pakistan. And this is online, one must go and greet the pashtuns and visit their gathering and see the respect they give to baloch, marevelous.

I mean isn't 45 % of balochistan Pashtun? And like I said before 33% of balochi tribes originate from pashtun tribes so that proves my point. I cant believe the pashtuns in Quetta be immigrants because the area was originaly inhabited by various Pashtun tribes in ancient times and was part of greater Kandahar. But it doesn't matter because Pashtuns and balochis live in peace in Quetta.

Where did you get that information?

To my surprise, baloch also get offended when people call them "pashtuns". I have many friends in quetta and ofcourse, not knowing they were baloch I always called them pashtuns and they used to get mad at me for it. But that doesnt mean both sides don't have respect for eachother. And this 33% of your claim is also seen as propaganda by the Baloch. Any Baloch you tell this information to will refute it and deny it (proof or bias). If you call a Baloch a pashtun or a pashtun a Baloch they will spark together, this is completely true.

By immigrants I mean afghan immigrants to Quetta. In ancient times Quetta might have been a part of greater Kandahar but since now boundaries have been sketched, more and more Pashtuns living in Kandahar move to Quetta to populate it because of the war being fought in Afghanistan. More and more afghans are comming in Quetta every single day, as in today. And they are welcomed in Quetta and they feel like home because Quetta is just like Afghanistan and has Pashtun masses to help them get comfortable in the area.

And if you are going to talk about demographies then there are baloch lands in Kandahar. There are some areas which were originally baloch land but were dissolved in Afghanistan. Almost Half of entire Helmand is Baloch. Google an ethnic Afghanistan map and you will see the Baloch ares.













But I don't see why we can't live in peace? We've been living for centuries in the same condition and I think we should open doors of love and kindness for eachother.
