  • Refugee Repatriation

More than 5.7 million refugees have honorably and voluntarily repatriated to Afghanistan after the downfall of the Taliban regime in the past decade. According to UNHCR’s estimation; around 2.7 million Afghans continue to live in exile in neighboring countries. For 2013, UNHCR's planning figure for voluntary returns to Afghanistan is 172,000. This includes: 150,000 returnees from Pakistan, 20,000 from the Islamic Republic of Iran and 2,000 from other countries. To contribute to rebuilding of Afghanistan, and to be an active member of the society, returning refugees are encouraged to participate in security, economy, education, reconciliation, and reconstruction sectors.

Hasmat, please elaborate and respond to this question.
Even Adobe Photoshop can't change me.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

Hashmat's only prerogative to spread Centcom information operations. He can't elaborate on anything or actually "engage" you with anything other than that which has been cleared by his or another US public affairs office. He used to offer slants which quickly turned his IO into propaganda, but he's since corrected himself. So now he only offers what used to be called the "canned stuff." I wouldn't expect any elaboration. At this point, he's nothing more than a spammer.
