We have witnessed countless instances where Taliban have targeted civilians systematically and with coordinated manner. They indiscriminately target Afghan civilians with roadside IED’s and suicide bombings.
Afghans need not to fear Taliban threats; whenever they try to come to their villages to take refuge, villagers should simply ask them to leave or report them anonymously to Afghan security forces.

That's the approximate time from flash to bang to turn a tragic event into american propaganda. No wonder TB wins the IO campaign every time.

I'm fairly certain that putting propaganda slant on information operations targeted toward a pool of potential American citizens (or allied countries) is illegal (as conducted by conventional forces) and beyond the scope of the DETs. Hashmat, does your first-line know what you're doing? Does your "information" get approval from the public affairs office? Under what authority (regulation) do you operate as a DET? I would think these are all pertinent questions, not to simply enlighten us, but that you may want to ask yourself prior to posting.

I was reading a while back that this is an initiative under centcom where they have these bots (computer programs) on every type of ethnic/national forums that post ISAF/NATO related messages.
