Compared to kpk, in punjab there are more old faces from PTI.

Now it's upto you people, whether you want to support those big giants like Saifullah Brothers, Maulana Diesel or that class fellow of yours! Run the campaign for the person you think is the best.

On a sort of related note, in Balochistan almost all the national parties have done seat adjustment with PMLN.

      BNP-M announced adjustment
Mahmood Achkzai will contest from Quetta PMLN will support him
Talal Bugti will be backed by PMLN in dera bugti
It's enough that I know, Our time had a home, In your heart..Was a place..But the glass always breaks..

Talal is a Punjabi chauvinist---These chauvinists in their heart can't see any other person in Punjab or at federal level ruling except Nawaz Sharif but want KP to be ruled by Imran Khan their fellow Punjabi.

You are right Luffy! Imran is actually an establishment tool. He is working according to the establishment policies. For him the air space of Pakistan is sacred but the land space is not. He can arrange a long march against the drone attacks but is criminally silent against the Al-Qaida terrorists in Waziristan. He is condemning drone attacks which kills dozens but ignores the suicide bombing in Peshawar and other areas where hundreds of innocent women and children are martyred(Meena Bazar blast) instead he always tries to justify these acts with one way or the other......Those who are responsible for the drone agreement with U.S and hand over Affia siddiqi (i.e Khurshid Qasuri) is his right hand and Shah Mehmood Ghaznavi is his left and he is going to bring Inqelab....He is just fooling the uneducated and new generation of the country. and this is not a sound logic to say that he is bringing new faces to Pakistani politics....The Mullahs were also new faces who claimed to bring an islamic revolution but their position is now clear to every one...Now this Inqelab khan is trying his luck.

^ Ta dalta hum ra o rasedali?

              1) Imran never ignored any terrorism done in any part. He condemned all.

              2) What the past government did about the Drone Strikes?

              3) Imran never supported Al-Qaeda terrorists anywhere.

Za dalta la makhkey na wom kha ta' wrosto raorasedey Mashrota!

                1) what about his statement when he said that i am not severely criticizing Talibans because i don't want me and my party to be on their target....

                2) The past government condemned both the violation of aireal as well as land space of the country unlike Inqelab khan they never sticked to one side.

                3) he never condemned or opposed the foreign terrorists in Wazirstan as well and only opposed the drone attacks. He arranged marchs against drones but never arranged one against foreign terrorists nor against the suicide bombers and Talibghwans what does that mean?

                  Here are my 2 cents.

The elections are not being held on a level playing field. ANP and PPP cannot hold huge rallies because they're on the "Taliban's" hit-list but Taliban Khan (PTI) and Maulana Diesel (JUI-F) can hold huge rallies becaus the Taliban consider them good guys.

JUI-F and PTI have unveiled their party manifestos this last week. A preliminary reading will reveal that both parties are either naive and overly ambitious or they think the voters are simpletons. Go ahead, read their claims. JUI-F is saying it will increase the education budget to 15%, health to 10% and will set the minimum salary at Rs 60,000 per month. PTI has promised everything but the moon. Or maybe it has, I don't know. But how it will give us everything but the moon, it does not say. But that's been Mr U-Turn's hallmark from day one. How many of his loony-town fantasies will be "well left" like Altap Bhai in Karachi has now been "well left"?

In fact, I will be surprised if Imran Khan wins his Peshawar seat.

                  Here's what will happen:

JUI-F will win in the southern districts of KP (D.I.Khan, Bannu, Lakki, etc). It will give PkMAP a run for its money in Pishin, Loralai, Qila Abdullah and other districts of southern Pashtunkhwa. As usual, the JUI-F will win enough seats for Maulana to become a "prominent' member of the opposition or ruling elite. Then he will play his dirty politics that has been to the detriment of Pashtuns ever since his orange turban came into politics.

Now here's the important question - how will will PkMAP and ANP perform?

South Pashtunkhwa, unlike the Peshawar valley, is sparsely populated. Hence, it has a low number of NA and PA seats. The best PkMAP can hope for are 2-3 NA seats along with enough PA seats to form a coalition government in Balochistan with Baloch nationalist parties. PkMAP is a rising party this time around since it was not part of the previous setup and had, in fact, boycotted the 2008 elections.

ANP's prospects are grimmer. They party will sweep its traditional power-base but will most likely find itself in the opposition benches in the KP assembly. KP will see a mix of JUI-F, ANP, PML-N, PPP, PML-Q and PTI MPAs. I suspect that if the worst were to happen then Peshawar will be run by a JUI-F, JI and PTI/PML-N coalition. The problem is that none of the mainstream parties, apart from the PPP, would form a coalition government with ANP. On the other hand, the religious right (PTI included) will have no issues jumping into bed with each other.
"If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be".

"Knowledge will forever govern ignorance; and a people who mean to be their own governors must arm themselves with the power which knowledge gives".

YP: Ta kho dalta na ratli kana :P

                    1) Have you heard that full interview in which he gave that statement, there lies your answer.

                    2) Imran condemned both one of the example could be LeJ. As well as any attacks done by the Talibans anywhere. But than again, you were part of the government it was not your job to condemn it, was it?

                    3) He arranged marches against drones, you could have arranged one march against the other. Drone is our soveriegnity's issue when another state openly hits you and is smiling behind the desk.

                      LZ:

As far as you saying PTI promised everything but the moon. Each party did the same. Read their manifestos. Now how is PTI going to achieve it, they have given their policies for everything. Read it from their website. The policies may be debate-able but than again, who else have got a plan? PTI has one.

@LZ I dont know if PkMAP has any plans to contest in KPK as far as I know they only have that one seat in Quetta for achakzai and even that is through seat adjustment

Here's how I see it, 2~3 Seats for PMLN ~4 for ANP 1~2 for PPP. 16~19 for PTI and 6~7 for JI and JUI-F
It's enough that I know, Our time had a home, In your heart..Was a place..But the glass always breaks..

JUI-F is likely to easily win in southern districts (Bannu, Tank) and PML-N is eastern districts (Abbottabad, Haripur). There is little chance for PTI to win but it's still possible especially in Swat while Jamaat-e-Islami may win in Lower Dir district. QWP will probably win in districts like Charsadda, Mardan and Swabi as the only alternative for ANP there.

The next government will be totally different. There will most probably be no seats this time for PPP and ANP.

Most probably it will be made up of JUI-F and QWP, which have already entered seat adjustment in Swabi district.

PTI fans as i have observed on their pages, they are blindly in love, they dont listen to logic and rationale, they lose their temper and resort to name callings when some one criticize imran and PTI, it is not a positive sign. I have observed such disturbing behaviour also among faujis, who are duffers according to asma jahangir.
Moreover the champion of islam imran khan, should first purify himself with 100 lashes for his zinna with sita white.
He never condemns army, it is pak army which has made contract with U.S for drones and they recieve dollars for it...a list of possible targets is sent to pakistan on monthly basis and pak army sign and allow it...all of his efforts are to sabotaze democratic forces , his strings are pulled by ISI. we all know what he did in case of qadri march. Moreover an ISI officer has told my father that we indeed are helping Imran khan...on ISI's saying imran made seats adjustment with establishment man like shiekh rasheed and made friendship with pro-establishment party like MQM.

What will happen really can be predicted by those who are living the moments of elections in Pashtunkhwa but what should happen is that PPP and ANP may win the majority in Pashtunkhwa to continue their fight against terrorism and Taliban. They ahve already sacrificed a lot in this war against the extremists.

Winning of elections of conservatives like PTI, JI, JUI may further encourage Taliban and may further plunge Pashtuns in the darkness of backwardness, obscurantism and extremism. PMLN seems to be moderates and pro commerce and development but their stand against Taliban is dubious.

ANP and PPP if has done nothing at least their fight against Taliban is highly commendable. Peace and security come first then w can think of development, human rights and poverty alleviation.

In Balochistan my favourite is no doubt PMAP. Its lamentable that they do not have representation in Pashtunkhwah.

^ Even ANP sat with MQM and enjoyed the ride for 5 years both in the federal as well as provincial government/cabinet. Now was ANP pro-establishment?

I don't know why people call Imran an ISI stooge for everything ISI stands for he condemns. He even spoke about reducing the defence budget.
