1- In pakhtunkhwa male family members and relatives do labour on their own to build a room or entire house. Moreover there are not much construction work, projects in pakhtunkhwa. So the poor and illiterate ones go to punjab or karachi where lot of work is available.
2- Pashtuns dont need chowkidaars, the male members of house are kind of security gaurds. There is increased demand of chowkidaars in punjab due to high rates of crimes in punjab. Punjabis know that pashtuns are not beghairat and besharam like them, the izat of daughters, sisters and wife can be entrusted to a pashtun. So uneducated/under-educated among us has oppurtunities in punjab as security gaurds.
3- Punjabi make of pashtuns that they are drivers, he fails to see that owners of transport are pashtun as well andthey are quite wealthy ones.
@dabannumazdigar is MBBS student. If he meets typical punjabi paindos, they will express their surprise that how a kam-aqal pathan can be so educated.

Whatever those Pashtuns do, they are not being fed by you, and they are making their money through halal means.

I'm not Pathan but I can still speak better Pashto than most of you, I learnt it from my naukaran (driver and cook) when I lived in Pakistan.
