This seems consistent with the "Ghilzai" progenitor story of Shah Hussain Ghori, although he wasn't a Turk, but it may have mixed with stories of Khalaj marrying Pashtun women and spawning the modern Ghilzais.

This perfectly coincides with the "Phase". Since it was the Khalaj Soldiers of Ghorids and Saljuks who conquered India and then led into the Lodi Dynasty.
Your full of contradiction. How did the Ghorids and Saljuks have conquered Afghans when it was them(ghorids andsaljuks) that were afghanized and not the other way around according to your claim.

Your theory is not consistent with Wahu Guru. He is saying that it is more likely they were an eastern iranian people vs Turks. Turks orginated from the mogloid region so they are Mongloid and Ghilzis are not mongloid as Wahu Guru have already pointed out. Also this explains the fact that your picture of a mongloid turk named Hotak has nothing to do with non mongloid Ghilzi.

you could say that about anyone, certain segments of any society could be anyone. There is also a theory that states that Native Americans are Turks. That the first people that went over the Berring Stait were Turks.

Because neither spoke Pashto? Both their empires conquered and con.verted Pashtuns to Islam (not entirely but to a good degree).

I don't see what I am contradictng here? You're rolling off of your own premises none of which I endorse. If anything I'm contradicting you. Which is the point of debate. I refute your claims.

all your questions are answered herein

...Turkish ethnic elements had been established in eastern Afghanistan for some time, perhaps for several centuries. Marquart visualized the whole of this region as once held by first the Kushans and then by the Ephthalites or White Huns, the Sveta Huna of the Hindus and the Haital (more correctly, *Habtal) or Hayatila of the Arab historians. He believed that it retained in the early Islamic period a strong Ephtalite ethnic flavour, and connected the very name 'Zabulistan' with an Epthalite tribe, the Jauvla, Jabula, or Jabuvlah, known from northern Indian inscriptions. The Oghuz and Khalaj Turks, who in early Islamic period nomadised from Tukharistan and Badakhshan in the north down to Bust, would thus be the remnants of Turkish peoples brought from north of the Oxus as part of the Ephtalite confederation that then left behind in eastern Afghanistan. Marquart's theory is by no means certain, although Frye and Sayili have recently followed him. Yet there is no doubt about their existence there in pre-Ghaznavid times. At the opening of the 9th century, the Kabulshah had to send an annual tribute of 2000 Oghuz slaves to the governor of Khurasan, 'Abdallah b. Tahir. In the Caliphate of al-Mansur Ma'n b. Za'ida as-Sulami was governor of Sistan, and he received from the Zunbil at his winter capital of ar-Rukhaj [Arochosia/Kandahar] the customary tribute of camels and Turkish felt tents and slaves. The Zunbil is said to have had a bodyguard from the local Turks, at-Turk-ad-Dawari. Istakhri says that up to his own time, the Khalaj of Zamindawar had kept their Turkish customs, external appearance and language. The Khalaj survived as an ethnic unity for several more centuries; they were subdued by Sebuktigin and recruited into his army ; they formed an important element in the armies of the Ghaznavids, Ghurids and Khwarizmshahs; they were the progenitors of the Lodi Kings of Delhi (1451-1526); and their name probably survives today in that of the modern Ghilzai Afghans. Some form of authority was excercised over these nomads in the 10th century by the Samanid central government; the youthful Sebuktigin was once sent by his master Alptigin in a military force to collect the customary taxes from the Khalaj and Turkmens."

Ghaznavids: Part 1: The Empire under Mahmud, Section 2: The establishment of Sebuktigin in Ghazna: pg. 271-272.

            did you get all that?

            • Did Islam come with the sword? When people convert, does it mean conquer? Were they forced to convert at the threat of having their heads chopped off?
Come on, dont contradict yourself again. Think about what your saying.

Like I keep telling you, its just a theory, it says "Marquart's theory is by no means certain."
Theories can not be proven true or false, they are interesting to read though. I have a hard time believing in it because if Turks are mongloid, then ghilzi are not turks and there is no linguistic association to make it probable.

I'm not talking about pretend love, or any pretenses of love.
I'm talking about genuine love, arranged or found.

Hmm I think this is just an inter-generational communication issue.

I dont know but in Tajikistan, pamiris are being marginalized and many joined the opposition during the civil war after the break up of the soviet union and wanted their own independent state separate from tajikistan.

no we're not, because faye didn't go to college and faye is not watching any of your clips. so stop trying to sleazily deviate.

do you think that americans should intermarry with all the people on the planet that they want to infiltrate and control? save on droneing and the mass slaughters, the sick and wounded veterans etc.
                              peaceful takeovers, like.
