Well I see that you are an expert of US law.Originally posted by khushal View Postit does not matter of popularity. Its about the legality. You know very little of US law. Your being ludicrous.
A boardwalk game in Seaside Heights, N.J., features a moving target of President Barack Obama. Contestants hurl baseballs in his direction. A Pennsylvania amusement company pulled a target-shooting game last week that included Obama's image. Is it legal to take aim at a representation of the president?
Absolutely. The First Amendment protects the right to free expression, which includes the right to shoot, burn, or in any way destroy an image of anyone including the president as long you're not posing a "credible threat." The standard here is whether there is genuine intent to commit or incite violence, and also whether that violence is likely to actually occur. If there's no "clear and present danger," as Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. put it, there's no basis for censorship. So unless the Seaside Heights boardwalk is, in fact, a surreptitious assassination training ground, the game is perfectly legal.

Less guns, zero guns won't lower the suicide rate it takes less nerve to overdose on pills, or attack a cop, than to put a gun to your own head and pull the trigger.Originally posted by DaZahroJaam. View Postwell then..
No wonder you guys have the highest level of suicide rates. They also have the highest level of people believing in angels and super heroes.
O! And the highest rates of serial killers. 60 something percent of serial killers are produced in America and and then 20 something is Europe.
But how dare they consider taking away guns from you guys.
i mean,
Serial killers and the high suicide rate are results of our broken social institutions.

We are talking about putting his picture up at a firing range, that is illegal.
Try harder.

^^^That's a game at an amusement park not a firing range Ghull, even the game was investigated by the secrete service to make sure no law was broken and the amusement park had to apologize. I told you the authorities take this very seriously.
Keep trying.Last edited by khushal; 02-13-2013, 01:49 PM.
