  • Talibans or Pakistan army is responsible for destruction of swat?

Please debate on this issue so that the matter become clear to those who are still confused about this whole issue.
There are 3 stages of this whole scene.

1- Talibans started their movement in swat, people of swat supported them for enforcing sharia.

2- Swat fell completly to talibans and they enforced their views, swatis start getting weary of them.

3- swatis wished for getting rid of talibans and pak army fullfilled their wish.

In my opinion neither taliban nor pak army r responsible for downfall of swat... the people of swat r responsible, they welcomed talibans instead of resisting them like people of dir, buner & lakki marwat. once they support talibans, they should have supported them to the end but they leave talibans in middle & start shouting for military to get rid of them.

Now if they r complaining of pak army then i will just say "tobah khudiya"

Taliban's are Punjabi proxies for the purpose of extending Punjab rule to Afghanistan and beyond. ISI and **** army are mere the militant wings of Punjabi politicians.

I have heard that 30% of pakistan army is comprised of Pashtuns. Do you mean that families of these brave pashtuns work for punjabi politicians?

Today i am in Attock city with a khattak family. I am here to attend a marriage party. You people would not believe that all men of this family are serving either in pakistan army or ISI.

I am confused to see hating behavior of you people and loving behavior of these peoply towards pakistan army and pakistan country.

Now many of you people call NIAZIs as traitors. I hope in future you people will call KHATTAKs as traitors. Ka na?

That is also the case for Pashtuns on east and west of the durand line. It is not fair to put that burden on one part of our Pashtun nation. I shouldn't have to remind people of the list of sell outs we have in Afghanistan and Pashtunkhwa. It is a reality about Pashtuns "tank tha odhraedasee kho kaaldaaro tha na."

Son of Mountains -> there will always be people who have major part in the state machinations, and are co opted people. So they are in no way the norm of society. Obviously this family didn't suffer from jet bombing or taliban did they? That is why they cheer ISI, trust me when the shoe is on the other foot you will see their replies. I have seen such people change in front me....I am sure you will see these types as well.

Where have you read this? can you cite it here. To my knowledge the apporximate percentage of pashtuns is around 4-6 percent. Perhaps you forgot about the indian Muhajir community which is the second largest group. Punjab's representation according to many is around ninety percent.

If a person is more loyal to the state than his own nation, then he certainly is a traitor. This shows selfishness and opportunism in ones character. States are always transient entities while nations have permanence.

If a person join a governament service, he is supposed to be loyal to work, department and governament.
