    Full article here

The seven killed on Tuesday were associated with the Support With Working Solution, an NGO which runs Ojala Community Centre which houses a primary school and a health centre in Sher Afzal Banda area.

“We were intercepted by two men carrying pistols who had parked their motorcycle at Anbar Interchange on Islamabad-Peshawar Motorway. As soon as I stopped my van, they started firing,” driver Abdul Majid told reporters at Lady Reading Hospital in Peshawar.

The slain workers were identified as Gul Naz, Asmat Begum, Rahila Gul, Zahida Begum, Shohrat Begum, Naila Naz, aged between 20 and 35, and Amjid Ali, 52.

Senior social organiser of the NGO, Shahid Khan, said they were imparting education to children and providing health service to the poor people of Sher Afzal Banda and adjoining areas. Teacher Kifayatullah said 150 children were in the school.

Why the murderers are never found, why does justice not serve.
There is no call for justice in this corrupted country.

PashtunForums condemns the brutal murderers who kill innocent civilians.
Even Adobe Photoshop can't change me.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

Well wait a minute... are we not the Pakhtuns that easily take the law into our own hands when it comes to killing another human being for whatever reason? If we can do that then as the Pakhtuns of that area I am sure we can easily find and punish whoever these wrongdoers are.... unless pakhtuns themselves silently support such actions...

First what Pashtun do is what is mentioned here :

"O ye who believe! the law of equality is prescribed to you in cases of murder: the free for the free, the slave for the slave, the woman for the woman. But if any remission is made by the brother of the slain, then grant any reasonable demand, and compensate him with handsome gratitude, this is a concession and a Mercy from your Lord. After this whoever exceeds the limits shall be in grave penalty. (The Noble Quran, 2:178)"

In a country where they have funtioning Shariah laws ( which is not present nowadays) is the state who does carry out the punishment and try to solve the issue through trying to forgive the murderer by the victims family and so on.
But us pakhtuns we have never witnessed such a state except from 1996-2001 but it was not functioning well.

We are not responsible,Pakistan is responsible to take actions against the perpetrators, our response was already mentioned by Admin Khan

Yeah, Pakistan Penal Code is just a much full of laws if followed would make us a better nation. Shariah is not the only form of law that makes a nation civilized. I see you to be among those who believe that the House of Saud delivers the best justice system. I don't believe in excuses.

Now the issue of responsibility. If you declare yourself responsible enough to administer justice in issues you deem fit to satisfy your honor, why pick and choose? Shoudn't your "state" take care of that also? If your state cannot do that then should you not make a stand(you do for issues that suit your needs)? I have yet to hear a mullah raise his voice against any such killings, yet they bark every other night through the loudspeakers with mostly useless stuff.

What wrong did these people in Sawabi do that they deserved to die. You know yourself that they did not deserve to die but swallow that injustice and remain silent and create excuses for the "champions of Islam" who commited this crime. Why has not the pakhtana stood up for them or the 8 innocents in who died in the Bilour Shahadat blast. Bilour may have been corrupt(I don't know) but who gave the terrorist loser the right to blow himself to hell? Who am I do judge someone is corrupt and someone is not? That is not my job and no court has proven him worth killing.

To me a loser killing himself, intended victims and innocents in the name of Islam is worse than drone killings. They bring a bad name to the image of Islam. Yet you will hear stupid people cry and shout about drones, making it political fodder for politicians. Imran Khan the Baigharath himself said in an interview after the Malala incident he will not speak out against the terrorists because of fear of retribution to him and his party members... that is the hypocrisy that exists in our pakhtun society.

Hold on for a minute, what are you talking off,you smokin' ??
There is a ****ing justice system in this ****ed up country, they should take actions.

We only can condemn this brutality, doesn't matter who is behind this.

I do not see Saudi-Arabia as a country ruled by Shariah, rather it is a Regime, ruled by a bunch of criminals as like elsewhere.

I don't know for whom you take me....i said what wanted to say.

Again to me its not the laws its the people. There are countless laws in books if followed would make any country a civilized one.

My issue with your statement is not on the which laws are followed. My issue with your statement of "they" should take actions. We ourselves take actions/laws into our own hands when it suits us whether for honor or wealth etc., but then remain resort to inaction or silence when it does not. I appreciate you condemning such actions but is the greater majority of Pakhtuns with you? Why would someone blow themselves up and innocents? Should not those people be dealt with? That is the source, who are telling people to die and you will go to heaven? How can the be so sure?

I believe they are being dealt with Allah sent Ababheels(small birds) who are throwing stones from the air to defeat these dark forces.

Allah the most high there is no God beside him, there is noone who is more just than him the most high,he would let certain things happen, that he can punish those who did such and such with a provided evidence for their crimes, and others who underwent huge difficulties and misery in their lives and gave sacrifice, remained steadfast and patience,he will the more they did good for the sake of Allah,he will reward them according to their deeds and of course more.

As i can quote here what Allah himself has said about himself :
                  Sahih Muslim
Book 37, Number 6626: Abu Huraira reported
that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: When Allah created the creation as He was upon the Throne, He put down in His Book: Verily, My mercy predominates My wrath.

Everyones issue would be dealt,no injustice will remain and Allah will let anything question anybody for what he did to whom he did,and why he did, verily the Questioning infront of Allah is most severe, nobody can lie and it will end with justice.

Ofcourse,if we open a office for anti-crime unit let us say in Islamabad,we will peresecute criminals and punish the criminals behind the crimes, what would happen to us ?

Ofcourse the pakistani government and army will fight us and kill us for doing so.
It is like that,if you want justice you will be killed.
The one today who calls for justice through east and west will be killed by those who rule, because if people start calling for justice their will be turmoil.

And as said by the scholars

                  Shaykhul-Islaam ibn Taymiyyah said,
"Allaah supports a just government even it is non-Muslim and does not support an unjust government even if it is Muslim.”

We do handle our private affairs, but not public affairs, the government themselves do not protect its citizen and they do not let protect them by others or themselves.

The Afghan taliban have called for justice, where is justice, they were not responsible for 9/11,the Iraqis were not responsible for 9/11,where is the call for justice, who will bring peace to the families who lost their sons, fathers, brethern, and other relatives and some they never saw their relatives cause they were murdered and thrown into rivers, burned,or eaten by animals.Who will bring justice to the 1 mil iraqis who lost their relatives ?

Who will bring justice to the prisoners of Baghram,Abu Ghuraib ?Who will bring justice to the Afghan families, who sons were abducted by U.S forces at night?Who will bring justice to those who lost their relatives ?Should they wait? for whom ? who will bring justice,if they do themselves not stand up and rise and fight for their rights ?Have we afghans no rights to defend ourselves and our property, families. ?

you don't need scholars to tell you whether it's right or wrong to kill or harm someone who is there with the intention of helping you.

This is not point, you did not understand my stance,
i said there is no justice, the unjusters have taken on those who seek justice, the masses have been blended by the policies of the unjust people.

                        And murderers became hereos.

i would misunderstand you if i was allowing you the right to explain yourself in the first place. don't be under the impression that when it comes to convincing me, you have that. you don't.
if you want, you can turn your back to us and do some explaining to your fellow lice infested cavemen and explain to them why what they do to innocent people directly or otherwise, is wrong. okay?? use all your reasoning skills. because we know very well what is right and what is wrong which is why you don't see us murdering people. we don't need you or anyone else to teach us common sense.

Again, Allah has sent his Ababil in the form of drones with pebbles under their wings and cleaning the world of tyranny. (Surah Ababil)

Simple answer to your question, why these terrorists dont get caught? Its because people like you support them and offer them shelter. Again, you think its your Godly duty to deliver your justice on issues important to you but when it comes to someone elses life/property, you remain cowardly silent and do nothing but always have an excuse and give it a reason according to your "Islam".

Abu Gharaib did not happen, who took those pictures? American? Who released them? Americans? Who showed them on TV? Americans? You call them your enemies and now you believe them? Those pics were released to show the world how the followers of the "religion of peace" will act. And you your peers showed that you would rather act like animals than humans. Is that what our Holy Prophet(PBUH) said/acted? That is a bigger Tawheeni Risalaath commited by a so-called muslims. Forget what a kafir does...

Back to the topic, I can show you a killings in Swabi where innocents were killed and the killers are probably hiding in the tribal areas. After all, that is where most of the stolen cars and kidnapped people are recovered from. I want justice for the people who died with Bilour. I want justice be brought to those idiot mullahs who promise the people blowing themselves up, a heaven. I want justice be brought to all the children whose schools are blown up. I know you wont because you and your friends are the ones who support this type of action...

Hereos were those who defended and resisted against injusticeness, oppression, murder, theft.

And these were the goals of the afghans who rose up after the civil war in Afghanistan and after the invasion of Iraq in 2003,and elsewhere.

I support every freedomloving nation that rises against tyranny and oppression by those who seek to enslave the people, whether they are muslims or not.

Hereos like Crazy Horse,Sitting Bull ( but betrayed Resistance at the End ) and others (red indians) who fought and left all what they had for what they resisted.
