how am i wrong? isn't it khushal thats wrong in his claim that the NA blocked foreign funding by its enemies?

also, we are not talking about the pakis, we are talking about the saudis.

        go away, again.

There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

what do you mean with that part?
pakis are worst than saudis according to Northern Alliance.
northen alliance also invited the saudi osama bin ladin to the country.

so you failed at trying to portray Southern and Eastern afghanistan as a saudi domain or sphere of influence.

man, you are slow. i was replying to khushals assertion that the NA dominated government of the past was a barrier to donating to afghanistan by replying that areas in afghanistan that were not prone to NA influence such as southern and eastern afg could of been funded but they were not.

that only shows they were astute enough, not to give money to karzai and his government, to pocket.
anyway, we will see what the next stage in afghanistan will be, whether they are readying to use afghanistan as a base to attack iran, or not.

true but they want influence in kabul, not in the south or the east.

Pakistani engineers are hired as private individuals, I am not aware the pak gov is funding anything, but they do have many afghan officials in their pockets. This is news to me

but if they were willing to fund a fringe group such as the taliban, especially in the early years of occupation, while still funding infrastructure projects alongside the west for the afghan gov't, they would of sunk their claws in the south/east like the iranians were doing from the start in the west/north.

i think the iranians and saudis both realize afghanistan is a second act for them. iran will never support the NA like they do the syrian gov't or the saudis with the syrian resistance to the taliban. geographically, afg is far more important to iran than it is to saudi arabia, but iran has its own troubles to deal with in its other proxies, saudis are just along for the afghan ride.

pakistan has a track record of funding various small projects in afghanistan and then leaving them half finished for years. i believe recently, gul agha sherzai has called out pakistan for all its incomplete projects in nangarhar.

I think the saudis thinking is that the south and east are natural anti Iran because they iran never really did anything in the south or east either and their goal was to bring kabul in their sphere of influence through either
                            a) weaken an iranian influenced kabul by strengthening the Taliban or,
                            b)bribe Kabul

Pakistan seems to be playing the same game

in the case of Balkh it was done by pakistan as a gesture of goodwill and they werent hired to spend some reconstruction money.Pakistan has also built the torkham jalalabad road(atleast part of it).

offcourse there are thousands of pakistanis in Afghanistan stealing Afghan jobs. Not just pakistanis but people from all over, including africa.

as for Afghan officials, can you name a few whom you suspect of being in pocket of pakistan?

the vast majority of Pashtuns do not sell their a-s-s for development projects done by Pakistan, Iran, US, Saudi Arabia etc.etc with Pakistan and the Karzai/Tajik ethnofacist regime being Pro-War for financial payouts.

This is the reason why Eastern and Southern Afghanistan as well as FATA and Balochistan are neglected and not developed.

Ismail Khan and all the other warlords/ethnofacists sold their a-s-s to the West and Pakistan and Iran and got fat, and now he and his militia are so fat, that their threats of civil war are meaningless.

When you enjoy life and are Pro-War/Pro foreign intervention, you will get fat and be a dogwasher.

the gravey train of financial handouts (to be Pro-War) are over..
                                LOL
