Americans have spent over ten years in Afghanistan, they know the people well, they know that its just merely a tribalistic society, that breeds on anti-progression, hate and murder, its amazing how people especially Pashtuns are so jumped up over these comments, if Pashtuns were one nation, where IS THAT NATION?

But....but............According to Sharia......non Muslims are given second class citizenship, considered Mawalis, dhimmis, who have to pay seperate taxes from the rest of society, they are prohibited from praticing their faith freely and are banned from building places of worship....and you speak of China as a horrible regime just because they know how to handle a gang of Islamist trouble makers.

Lets define why your statement above is both inaccurate and why you probably wont be as effective as a Ayaan Hirsi Ali. She at least appears to try and sound smart when she says something. I am beginning to be convinced that you need to see a clinician for problems of the mind.

Lets discuss why you are blatantly wrong:

A] China

1) The Uighar population has been by and large peaceful and radicalization only progressed when Mandarin importation began. In fact, the Uighars turned over the US were benign enough to be let out of Guantanamo to a local carribean island where they still reside. As a case in point, the primary propaganda enemy of the Chinese establishment is a female wealthy Uighar Muslim living abroad who has not advocated or endorsed violence.

2) There are other populations within China that have nothing to do with Islam such as the Tebetians who forged links to the CIA AFTER repeated affronts to their rather localized population/way of life.

3) Kentonese speaking populations are overwhelmed with the mandarinization of chinese society.

4) Take up your issue with Ahmad Shah Abdali who himself noted their plight nearly 300 years ago and colluded with the Ottomans to take up their cause. Oops, there goes your Pashtun heroism out of the false pantheon of Pashtun communist gods.

B] Sharia

1) Sharia mainly comments on religious structures in the Hijaaz/Mecca/medinah that is the equivalent to the Vatican for Catholics. There is no doubt that churches/synagogues/temples are banned within the Holy Cities and the wider Peninsula as they should be. By the same token, the Vatican is not building any local mosques anytime soon; so its common sensical.

2) Any law system in the hands of idiots is malleable to their interests. Take for instance trial by jury in the US (Entrapment cases are generally won by the defendent in larger numbers except when its a homeland defense issue involving Muslims and law experts for the CIA and Yale are saying that Jury trials are likely not equitable and just in these situations). The Patriot Act and the Executive declaring war indefinitly are also unconstitutional but currently not challenged except by Congressman Paul and Senator Paul.

Local law can also create red tape. This is demonstrated by repeated attempts of evangelicals to hold up mosque building successfully in Tennessee and then resorting to violence as well as more graphically in NYC. The City Council may even have given the Park Project the go ahead but political pressure resulted in lots of red tape hindering that project.

The French laws have been debated by Amnesty International and the minaret laws in Sweden are a prelude.

By the same token, if you have a Omar Bin Abdul Aziz or a Harun bin Rashid as a Caliph, local communities are well within their rights to build structures for themselves and worship as they please. Omar Bin Al Khattab was noted to have prayed outside a famous Jerusalem Christian landmark. When asked why by the Bishop who was insulted, Omar explained that he did not want zealot followers to take hold of the structure and force convert it.

If you get an Aurangzeb who reportedly even had conflict with Muslim subjects such as Khushal Khan, then you probably are not going to much leeway and executive authority will be superceded with egregious infractions.

The Quran itself has a verse on Synagogues, Churches, and Masjids as protected institutes and the Caliph Omar did not bother the monastery of local Monks in the Hijaz (though he did weep for their spiritual loss for not accepting Islam).

3) Second class citizenry

The Jizya is nominal and based on the events of the past century very justified in an Islamic State. Its stated goal is not to render Christians or Jews as second class citizenry. For very obvious reasons, a Caliphate's standing army is not to have any non Muslim subjects in it though agreements can be made (ala the Constitution of Medina) with powerful and like minded Christians and Jews for common causes.

The reality of how the world functions is even setting in here in the US. Though stated law indicates the constitutional right of folks to join the military and intelligence agencies and be considered on a fair basis, recent experience has changed that. If you think that after Nidaal Hossein's issues and the Jordanian Doctor who acted in Khost against CIA actions are not resulting in vetting Muslims, then you are obviously living in a different world. Malaysian Muslim Chaplain Yee's case and harrassment more than validate what I just said. The main different is that Islam's stance is codified in sharia literature. Both what the Americans did and that stance of Sharia make complete sense to me when it comes to strategy and loyalties.

However, you are completely inaccurate that there is a stated policy in Shariah to do as you say. Where this the directive then there would be no single Hindu left in India, No Zoroastrians left in Iraq or Iran; No Yazidis left in Iraq; and not a Coptic Christian around.

Why you need to be minimzed Soldat is that you are actively encouraging and fomenting a clash of civilizations that needs not be had. If we look at your unreasonable stances on

1) Serbia/Bosnia 2) Uighar issues 3) Chechnya 4) Sudan 5) Libya 6) Syria etc it shows that your views have nothing to with sparing your adopted country bloodshed or misery. Quiet the contrary; if tomorrow the British resolved developed to actively and openly destroy infrastructure and raze the whole Muslim world you would be an advocate - despite surveys that show the overwhelming majority of Muslims reject violence as a tactic to secure gains.

You and your ilk are the cancer in Western socities that gaurantees continued hatred, strife, and warfare. If UBL is one side of a coin, you are the exact otherside. The rest of the world is caught in the hapless middle.
