Stupidity exists because people choose to believe that god and the devil is responsible for everything, OR THAT ONE PARTICULAR GROUP IS SUPERIOR TO THE OTHER and like yourself, choose to ignore the fact that they have been provided with a brain and a consciousness, for them to use and create peace and learn to all live together as, mohammad said, "allah is one and likes unity"

btw, IF THAT IS THE LINK, AGAIN, TO THE 'ABC' BOOKS, GIVE ME THE STATISTICS AS TO HOW MANY CHILDREN WERE ATTENDING SCHOOLS AND LEARNED FROM THOSE, IN THE YEARS SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN PRODUCED.
MOST OF THEM WERE PROBABLY USED FOR KINDLING.

then why did the coloniasts create nation states that oppose each other rather than a unified nation like it was before they arrived or why divide the indian subcontinent when it was ruled as one for centuries before.
Why support Saddam and build a mighty army for him when he was killing Iranians further inflaming hatred and topple him and destroy that same army when he tried to use that army to unite Arabs under a nationalistic umbrella through force.

haha nice spoof of Khsuhal's "nature" argument or rather how he misapplies it

To defeat the menace of extremism and terrorism amongst Pashtuns, the antidote is more and more Pashtunwali with democracy, development and modern education. The more a Pashtun is a practising Pashtun the lesser will be he or she extremist.

We have to revive the era when Pashtuns were following the Hanafi Sufi traditional Islam with spirituality as well as the culture of music, dance and festivals. Hujra and Jumat were separate. Mulla was only for the mosque(religion) while ordinary Pashtun was for hujra(society, culture, politics etc). We have to defeat Salafism and Wahabism with spiritual Hanafi Islam and have to revive Pashtunwali for the renaissance of Pashtuns as a proud nation of the world.

Taliban are really enemies of both spiritual Islam and Pashtunwali. Pashtuns are the most nationalist race on the surface of the earth who are proud of their history, culture, traditions, values and personal traits.

Pashtunwali is not compatible with democracy because Mashars are determined by Lineage and relationship with Mashars from the past; this is almost a form of dynastic culture.

in democratic institutions Mashars are determined by merit.

But does that mean to reject everything? Cannot the weak things be changed!
As You see in democracy also it is not so much merit that determines.

                    no need to change

we will keep Islam and stay muslims and pashtun by keeping pashtunwali

what makes you think we should reform our civilisation?
we might change somethings in Pashtunwali if they go against the rules of Islam.

                        that is a weak excuse.

the poster has never lived in Afg or pukhtunkhwa.
i think you are very wrong the way you are perceiving muslims.

the muslims in caucasus are the same as the muslims somewhere in egypt.
we are all brothers but you wouldnt agree you think chechenyans have russian type culture etc.

Egyptian Muslims and Quqazi Muslims do not follow Pashtunwali

so Pashtunwali cannot be the same as Muslims in EGypt and Quqaz; which means Pashtunwali must be abandoned for Unity with Muslims as Other Muslims will refuse Pashtunwali.

Mashers arent determined by lineage. They are determined by merit in pashtunwali. That is why Pashtuns have rejected people like Najib and Karzai. They have no merit.

Neither Najib nor Karzai were Mashars by lineage

there is no meritocracy in Pashtunwali

Pashtuns are not nationalistic. They like their independence and dont want to have any government to have authority over them.
