Yes the center couldn't have been Lahore or Islamabad. But the actual training centers were the Jamia Haqania and Jamia Banuria. And it is confirmed fact. These places have also remained the centers of CIA activities during the proxy war against the Soviets. You come here and have some research.

Go and buy a book called Frontline Pakistan by Zahid Hussian and you will know the real truth about the so called Taliban.

Darul Islami Haqqani and other Madrassahs in Pakistan was and still is home to some of the worlds most dangerous militant groups.

Alquedas birthplace was Peshawer, this also a very known fact. Pakistan is the creator of terrorism,failed state and a promoter of terrorism across the world.

ya it was so that ideas were collected and ppolished there at Haqqania madrassa and binuria, htne brought into practice at Qandahar. It i an open secret when US ambassador and 1000's of Taliban moved from quetta to qandahar alongwith Pakistan army and naseerullah babur.
Then smaiulhaq formed this diffae afghanistan council etc and collected money and the same time ensured Pakistan, nothing is going wrong with them. However later on things changed due to different events and now talibans are divided as some are agianst and some in favour of Pakistani government however all are agreed on oppposing afghan government.
