Then you're basically conceding that the NATO argument to shift blame away from the Taliban is bogus.

good ......now Taliban being these criminal elements ..as they do acts which are CRIMINAL, claim control; thus they're responsible

The only way the "Taliban are resisting occupation" angle works is by ignoring historical context between 1994-2001. Even if there weren't training camps, which I am willing to grant the possibility that they had limited knowledge of what was actually being planned, if any

The fact they butchered Afghan civilians showed they weren't resisting but conquesting for power wiith mammoth Pakistani assistance and manpower,so much for not having foreign intervention eh? This isn't a Pashtun war to resist occupation, but a Taliban war to impose power with foreign intervention as the fuel for it.

hhaha that's rich ...I guess this suddenly happened since I pointed out that same article addresses that 5 Taliban were in fact there hehe.
your not getting it you imbecile. You didnt point out anything concrete. The article itself states that no investigators were on the scene so everything was speculation.

The point is that there are level headed and good people in the government and there are level headed people in the insurgency but those people are not in control from either side. It is the greedy ones who benefit from turmoil who are running the show from both sides. It is the occupiers responsibility to wipe out the insurgency and prevent criminal elements from controlling the government. A decade into it and they have failed both so they should get out and let the people handle it themselves.
The word "Majahadeen of the 80's" have been replaced by the word "Taliban." In the 80's there were majahadeen who were criminals and the same goes for the "Taliban" today. Some are good and some are bad but they all fly the flag of the Insurgency(Taliban.) Even that frontline documentary labels the insurgents in Kunduz as Taliban but clearly they are HIG.

If all of NATO leaves today, you will have a repeat of what happened from 92-96. Taliban commander will fight Taliban commander. In the north the Tajiks, Uzbeks and Hazaras will fight amongst themselves until some group comes in and tries to unify the country which no doubt will be backed by Pakistan and Arab money since the majority of the people(pashtuns) have more in common with Pakistan than they do with Iran, the northen-istans or India. Sad but true.

The Occupiers Responsibility Hypothesis has already been debunked on accounts that we already know NATO's motives, NATO is only responsible for their invasion of Afghanistan and occupation, nothing else. Taliban are responsible for their actions on ALL accounts, that's why historical context is important, we can never ignore what Taliban were doing prior to NATO occupation

The issue of others mislabeling others as Taliban, is a red herring, because we're discussing those who SELF IDENTIFY as Taliban, who MAKE Baya'ah to Mullah Umar, right now IN Afghanistan NONE of those groups are making any serious/major "in fighting", NONE have refuted Mullah Umar's leadership, and Mullah Umar has made it clear that treason (to the movement, not to Afghanistan) is penalizable and this is administered. He is in control and the idea of rogue Taliban is misrepresented, the alleged "Rogue" taliban are doing so on his accord. Otherwise we'd be hearing more about Taliban reprimands and not allegations of "rogue" Taliban and mere "denials"

according to khushal, the taliban don't have to take resposibility when they are in control of afghanistan, only the occupiers.

Well that's just looking for a scapegoat. Taliban have a mind of their own, they can control themselves if they wanted to.
