What makes you think that the CIA and ISI are so powerfull? The CIA can't even protect its own headquarter, 8 of its service men were blown up in the new year in Khost, by a double agent.

What makes you think that those punjabees and apostates in the ISI are controlling the whole affairs in Afghanistan and Pakistan? They can't even defend their own bases and important intelligence centres. Why are you continiously giving them such a superior position? What has been mentioned are established facts and not concpiracies and I say it being a person who has first hand knowledge of what used to happen in the shura of Mullah Omar. Even in the incident being mentioned ,what happened really was that the shura decided to say humbly to Osama that due to his presence innocent lives are at stake and he should leave Afghanistan. When ISI came to know about this they sent Col Imam [Mullah Omar's teacher and mentor] who convinced Mullah Omar that they should fight and hence he diverted death and destruction to the people and land of Afghanistan and thus safeguarding Pakistan from the wrath of a super power using the name of Jihad and Afghan resistence etc.

The ISI and other intelligence agencies misuse and exploit the affinity and inclination of Afghans for religion for the their own ulterior motives.

Having said that even if we assume that Mullah Omar was not used for the strategic interests of Pakistan, please do not forget that he or his colleagues has no solution to offer for the woes of Afghanistan. He might be an honest clergyman and an Afghan too and that much is acceptible to a reasonable person but for a person of such qualifications to lead a historic country like Afghanistan from a war hit era spread over decades and bring about a change which is vissible, is totally agaisnt the laws of philosophy of history ,statecraft and politics.

The war for Political immunity , soverignty and national welfare is not won with emotionalism and power of faith but with skills and wisdom.
