you need to have faith to believe in islam. like all the other beliefs sytems of spirituality and religion, it is also not provable.
so to believe in the rules and the idea that these messages about life and how to live, is channelled from god by the prophet mohammad, is faith.

True, but Islam has a distinction. It gives you a complete system of how to live your life beside the rituals and worshiping and believing.

Actuallly deen means judgement, how you judge and analyze things

that's why day of Judgement is called "Yawm Al Deen"

please portray CORRECT information and do not lie since you're conscious of Ramadan

              1. The dictionary definition of religion really does not cover Islam. We do not worship images/idols, we do not have temples, we do not have a priest class / clergy and we do not have various rituals we find in Hinduism, Christianity, Judaism, etc.

              2. Islam is a continuous revolution sent down by Allah SWT for reforming human society through ages. We deal with the Creator direct without going through any media. We pray anywhere clean. It may even be in the battle-field. Our mosque is really a community center from where our early Caliphs carried out their duties. There is no mumbo-jumbo magic or talisman in Islam. It is a simple code laid down to go through life.

religion= a. belief and reverence for a supernatural power or powers regarded as creator or governor of the universe.
                b. a personal or institutionalised system grounded in such belief and worship.

True, I was just giving a general idea about what religion that we normally use in our daily use. Even we Muslims use the word religion for Islam which contradicts to the dictionary definition of the word religion.
I wanted to differentiate between the word "religion=mazhab" and "deen"
Islam is both faith and way of life.
