He was a leading commander of Dostoms militia who tortured pashtuns, He was accused of putting pashtuns in containers so they can die of dehydration in the sun. Since 2001 his forces have been clashing with mohammad atta over drug routes and other economic and security assets. There was also a assassination attempt on his life in 2007 who he accused Dostom of being the architect. In the 2010 parliamentary elections he was disqualified on the grounds of fraud.

All these assassinations that are occurring is designed to bring instabilty to the country. This particular one has created a power vacuum in the north which most likely dostom and Atta will struggle for, further creating chaos and more expense to US taxpayers.
There is a proverb in English

"Don't hate the playa, hate the Game"

I agree that torture is not halal but in the heat of war things happen. I saw the BBC documentary where the the image of this guy is taken from. He was already wounded when the NA reached him. He was in a bad state already and looked like that. The NA thugs punched and kicked him a few times but because of camera they didn't do much else. I don't know what happened to him afterwards though.

The rest of your post is about Dostum and Atta seems fair.

When they killed Dr.Najib, maybe there were reasons to judge him, that I do not know, but the same we do not know about the person in Your picture. However both of that are ways of cruelty in same way.

the cruelty inflicted on najib was nothing compared to the deaths and torture he was responsible for. the talib in the picture is just a foot soldier who didn't deserve what happened to him. but hey, afghanistan is not a fair place.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

I dont know if this is exactly a proverb or the quote of some idiot that wants to be excused of their shameful behavior.

Torturing is not a game, it is a crime.

We have never seen any outcome of any such investigation by the puppet government, they don't investigate the Kandahar IED attacks, which were claimed by no one but had hall marks of American and NATO terrorism.

Why would Americaans or NATO need to use IED's when they have actual explosives. you always make UP excuses. which themselves sound ridiculous.

Cruelty remains cruelty. Surely at the moment perhaps it is not a fair plce but it is not an exception, the west isn't neither a fair place.

What I wanted only to focus on, somebody who was to cruel can be simply killed, but turture focuses also the amorality of those who performs it.

The Taliban already ruined their image by doing suicide bombs long ago in the first place, on top of all the other horrible acts they do. Why would they need to do anything else to ruin their image/

The foot soldiers were the ones who did the most cruelty; Look around, even Khushal himself claims Taliban are just a "rag tag group" and there's no real order, so the Taliban here would thus become equally responsible as his leaders.
