Unlike some pudgy Farsi speaking Rashid Dostum look alike I'd have a much different approach.

- I would redraft the constitution into an Superficially "Islamic State" but in this constitution, there would be certain caveats which would allow for a more open society and logically based understanding of social problems. Thus the Islamic Penal code, which asks for amputations, stoning/lashing. Will be abolished. Things like Islamic Banking will be given a new modern interpretation, so that interest is differentiated from ribaa. There will be no Jizya for Non-Muslims; since according to the hadith Mahdi will abolish Jizya, so we will say Mahdi told us to abolish the Jizya. There will be ONE LUMP tax for all citizens.


This will silence critics who demand Islamic Law, by being able to use a more Broad Minded Interpretation of Shari'ah to counter balance them and at the same time allow for more secular practices to be instituted with an Islamic Backing.

- Crimes like adultery , consuming alcohol, drug use and so on will be dealt with through Psychiatric Treatment and special camps for behavior modification. Executions, Torture and physical abuse will not be used as means of punishment. They are totally abolished.

- Rank and file Taliban will be repatriated and rehabilitated through special behavioral modification program, Taliban leadership will be put on trial

This is consistent with the hadith in Kanzul 'Ummal which says "if you can find a reason not to punish someone with hadd, then do it".

Parents/guardians can reject marriage proposals for their daughters or kinswomen if they have legitimate reasons to do so, but these reasons must be taken to a magistrate and the court will decide if the marriage is permitted or not.

- Completely Modern Educational system; Emphasis will be on developing technical skills and abilities in hard sciences, engineering, medicine as well as sociology, anthropology and political science.

religious education will also be allowed and even state funded, but religious education will be completely elective and not mandatory and the content will be regulated by the state.

-The state will not endorse ANY sect or sectarian ideologies whether Shi'ite or Sunnite, but as long as no divisive or deviant/bigoted views are not pronounced then all will be tolerated.

Wahhabism will not be accepted under any circumstance.

- Atheism and Irreligiousness will be tolerated so long as those who do respect they're in a Muslim country and abide by the social norms

Sufi spiiritual philosophy will be encouraged but Sufi Brotherhoods will be closely monitored for potential abuse of exploitation by Pirs.

- All Legislation will be done in an official assembly, but every issue will be debated first; legislation will be based on which case can prove and demonstrate logically and evidentially from researched data the strongest case for legislation.

- Support for Kuchiaan and preservation of their traditional lifestyle

- Abolishment of any ethnic Nationalist parties.

- development of advanced ecologically viable habitat....not big obnoxious cities like Dostum's Illegitimate Child suggested

- promotion of alternative fuel technologies.


- Religious Parties, Groups or Leaders can also participate in legislation but their arguments will not be accepted must have supportive proof and evidence based on science, logic and research and not just jurisprudential interpretation.


- We would have free elections for legislative body , parliamentary, on federal and state level But there would be a permanent "Vanguard" that remains, who are completely unelected and selected by only certain merit based criterion. This is to ensure and maintain the essential structure and legal system of the Government.

Certain Laws and practices are immutable according to the established norms as well as understanding of logic, anthropology and society.

- Religious leaders and scholars must pass basic competency in all major fields of study, Math, Language, History, Science, Sociology and Political Science.

- All Fatwas given by religious leaders must be ratified by the states and every Fatwa must meet basic standards of Credibility from Islamic sources AS well as using Logic and research to prove claims.

- No restriction on the participation of women from all aspects of the public sphere of life, whether economically or politically. Including leadership roles such as Heads of State.

- No foreign military bases allowed in Afghanistan whether from Taliban/Pakistani proxies or United States and so on.

- Amanullah Khan, Nuruddin Taraki, Hazifullah Amin, Mullah Omar, Najibullah, Ahmad Shah Massoud, Gulbuddin Hekmatyar and othr noted figures will be disregarded as ever having legitimate leadership in Afghanistan and will be referred to as "Shames of the Afghan people" Their commemorations and celebrations will be abolished.

-Sardar Daud Khan will have a day commemorating him.

- There will be a weekly National Debate from all aspects of Afghan Population over major social issues and controversies and members of panel will use evidence backed arguments to debate their points. It will be 3 hours long and held every saturday (shamba). everyone from Atheists to Hindus to Buddhists to Taosist will be invited.


- building modern sewerage/sanitation system in all of Afghanistan

- Leadership roles in the public sphere of life is offered to all ethnicity and both genders.


- People like "KingofAriana" will be put on exhibit at the Zoo for being stupid and looking like Rashid Dostum

-Shadowgoverner will be made as official sewer cleaner of Hazarajat; he can tell them what he thinks of Shi'a.

- UnknownPrince will be sent back to Pakistan

- concepts like "roshan fikr" and "pas rafta" will be completely stricken from the Afghan vocabulary and replaced by "aqlmand" and "beyaqlmand"; everything will be based on logic and not "roshan fikr"
