What are we waiting for?

How many more soldiers would you need to be hand-tied by the military-order from its high command only to be left at the mercy of barbarian ‘Taliban’ to be killed and beheaded? The Salala check-post was attacked and it took hours to establish GHQ-NATO commanders’ contact in order to establish whether the bombardment that killed 24 Pakistani soldiers was by mistake or by design, but the result was obvious deaths to which no remorse has been shown till now.
The increase in Taliban attacks on troops and no-quick action to counter them is not only increasing disappointment among the soldiers but also questioning their capacity to confront the enemy. The game plan was known to all when the US officials, Pentagon and NATO commanders were calling for a sweeping operation in the North Waziristan. The reply was candid and logical that (a) the Haqqani network was not operating from Pakistan, and (b) the stretching out of military in the vast and complex area of the two Waziristan agencies might prove counterproductive. But the question is if the military operation was not going to be conducted, then what was the alternate plan with Islamabad and Rawalpindi to counter hostile moves by the ‘Taliban’ backed by the well-known enemy countries?
They have to be eliminated once and for all. Why the Pakistan parliament is silent now? Why the government ministers and officials are mum over the brutal killings of soldiers? Why no TV or newspaper has taken it as a campaign to aware the masses of the threat over our heads? Why not stop the political see-saws and sit together to jointly put a hand behind our military to fight, and fight not with ordinary weaponry, but using the Tora-Bora like force. If Americans are sincere with us, they must not hesitate to give us the daisy-cutters and mother of all bombs, drones and surveillance gadgets. If they refuse, then the world must know that our biggest enemy happens to be our biggest friend and even the worthy Machiavelli does not approve of the backstabbing by a mighty.
