Not necessarily, by alcohol you can most definitely harm others, it's the root cause to domestic violence and more..

So is Religionous Intolarance and radicalism in the name of Allah.

I know one day, who went tabligh, and was brainwashed there that if he doesnt force his brother to pray that he will be punished in hell, so what the person did, was beat his own brother up so badly that he left home and left islam over all. Does this not come under dosmestic violence due to Relgionous Fanaticism?

Secondly, i would also like to point out, Just becuase you pray 5 times a day, doesnt mean you are not prone to do violence especially in a domestic enviroment, Ive met many very strong practicing Muslims who treat their wifes as a trash, beat their family members up if they dont pray and also show no regards nor any respect to non muslims.

You cant solely blaime Alcohol for everything, Too much of anything is not good, Alcohol can encourage violence while Radicalism of faith can encourge suicide bombings, attacks on civilians and destruction of ones family.

Mehsud sahib,, You mention, the very practicing muslims, using their wives as trash, if they use their wives as trash then how they are practicing muslims?
In my mind it is the misconcenption that we believe if someone is standing in the first line after imam inj pray, he is the most practicing muslim. Quran says, Oh, the people of faith, enter into Islam completely. It means your outlook, your innerself, your behavior, your relation, your talks, and all your life.
I (it is my opinion, and one can differ) never considered Mullah the practicing Muslim, as most of them (about 77% in 1998 survey conducted by dailymashriq peshawar) are homosexual and according to the chairman psychology department university of peshawar while talking to BBC that there are 2 big centres for homosexuals in pakistan, 1st the Madrassas of Mullahs and army barracks. He said it on scientific grounds, and conducted surveys. Itis their moral ground. Then how we can call them practcing muslims.
Again how they speak and how they behave in normla life is no way practicing Islam.
Ya their outlook is as for example, having long beards, turban or white cap on heads, long open dress and so on.
In ym opinion many secualr clean shaved are practicing muslims than the long beard mullahs. but it depends.
