  • 'Hiroshima' Tactics for 'Total War' on Islam - U.S. Military Documents Exposed

Via Wired: "The U.S. military taught its future leaders that a "total war" against the world's 1.4 billion Muslims would be necessary to protect America from Islamic terrorists, according to documents obtained by Danger Room. Among the options considered for that conflict: using the lessons of "Hiroshima" to wipe out whole cities at once, targeting the "civilian population wherever necessary." The course, first reported by Danger Room last month and held at the Defense Department's Joint Forces Staff College, has since been canceled by the Pentagon brass. It's only now, however, that the details of the class have come to light...".* Michael Shure (host of TwenTYTwelve) and comedian Jimmy Dore break it down on The Young Turks.

americans hate muslims/islam, what else is new?
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

people like the guy in the video are good and fine but lets not pretend that liberal americans are pro islam or pro muslim. islam is hated by both sides for different reasons. a guy like the one in the video will stick up for the underdog, i am sure he does the same thing for gays rights.

the moral here is to not expect americans of any ideology, left or right, to respect your faith and not to be outraged when you hear a story like this. they used to spit on our rasul, but who does history write about, them or him? this too shall pass.

Whether you like to admit it or not Lt. Col. Matthew A. Dooley is honest about his intentions and rightly so accurate when he describes how they can annihilate the entire world of Islam. He is not the only one that has suggested something like this. These intentions have been there ever since Islam emerged. The important question to ask and point to realize if what Lt. Col. Matthew A. Dooley suggested is possible? Unfortunately the answer is a big FAT YES!

They have the power to do exactly what he has suggested and Muslims don't have any deterrent or means of self defense. So while this might upset you, appreciate the honesty and realize your own short comings.

The liberals might not respect Islamic values but they do believe in certain humanistic values that drive the anti-War and anti-Occupation movements in the West. If it wasn't for the liberals appeal to these values then the Muslim holocaust might have very well occurred by now.

sure they will act like "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" but when they are in power they will play the same game. both sides think their ideology is right and will push these values onto other societies via american hegemony. think bush to obama.

I agree with you to a degree however liberals tend to be thinkers and use rationalism while the conservatives tend to rely on divine destiny. Both groups have their extreme and moderate forms but liberals dont tend to be genocidal unlike the latter. Yes, Hitler and a few socialist movements of the past are exceptions to be made.

the topic is the content of the PDF presentation not him being left or right.
stay on topic if you can

as if the topic itself would of been contained to this class that this guy taught and not expanded to other broader things such as foreign policy?

if you don't want to "derail" the topic, have fun with a thread that will get 3-5 responses max with replies such as "oooo this guy makes me soooo mad!!"

i still see both sides as dangerous as the other, one may see their mission as devine but the other sees theirs as humanism, basically the white mans burden. we have seen in europe and the united states that their imperialists ambitions don't subside with liberal governments. the rhetoric may be toned down but its really business as usual.
